Dorm Log: the millionth revenge

What: Dorm log! SUMMER BREAK EDITION!
Where: Student and Teacher dorms, and quite possibly beyond campus. Everything is acceptable.
When: The span of July 11 - July 22
Warnings: Imagine college, only with more super mushrooms-- WAIT NO lollipop drugs are the craze these days.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's what's going down. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. So have at it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

Keep in mind that starting the 17th, the school will progressively be inundated with flood waters.

Chun Li - Everywhere....except over there

[Just because she's in a new place doesn't mean that Chun Li's daily routine should change. She's up bright and early, shortly before dawn and will likely be found in a large, open area performing tai chi as the sun rises.

From there, she's likely to be found in the gym either working on a body bag or, since she's going to be teaching it, working on her gymnatic skills.

Even when not training, Chun Li's hardly a home body and will likely just be out and about the campus rather than stick around in her dorm.]

[[Cyrus is also up bright and early for training, though his routine is quite a bit different. It involves monsters. Big monsters, small monsters, and so on. Right now he's training a small one, a black bipedial weasel with a red headcrest. It seems to be sharpening its considerable claws on a rock as the oddly-dressed man watched.]]

[Walking along the route she takes to the gym, Chun Li paused as she saw the small creature and the man watching it. Turning off her intended route, she started towards the pair.]

Is that a Pokemon?

[She'd been told about the creatures when she'd been recruited to come to the Academy as they were one of the more curious features since they seemed to act as both pets of sorts though several students and faculty were pokemon as well.]

[[At the mention of its name, Weavile turned to face her as well, bowing with a bit of a flourish that it could only get away with because Cyrus's back was turned]]

I see. It is commonly taught in Sinnoh that Arcanine is considered a Legendary in most of China. Even if you did not believe such, to hear this would indicate that those living there would be at least familiar with pokémon. Though the Sinnohian educational system leaves...much to be desired.

I've been here... well, I suppose maybe half a year, a little longer. Time flies.

Hahaha, I don't know if I'm happy or not that that reputation hasn't followed me here. I certainly don't want to intimidate any of my students....though I there may be one or two who could use it.
