Dorm Log The Sequel To End All Sequels

Where: Student and Teacher dorms, and quite possibly beyond campus. If your heart dreams it, your fingers can type it.
When: The span of February 27 - March 13
Warnings: This log is yellow-taped with all kinds of potential warnings. If your filthy imagination can conjure it, this log can produce it.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's how this works. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. Feel like drawing graffiti on Professor Jin's door? Apologizing for the aftermath of the latest cupidbot fiasco? Doing each others' hair and talking about boys? Giving your trusted(?!?) friends a free ride in the dryer? Staying up late at night making use of those dick-shaped cake pans you found in the cupboard? Man, I don't care, just do it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

Ah... Yeah, Jolt could sympathize with that. It WAS a bit unsettling near the end there, and he didn't blame her for feeling like that. "Nah, it's no problem. And hey, if you ever want a friend to work out with, I'm totally game."

He leaned back. "Sounds good to me. Got any ideas? If not, I've got just the thing."

Riwane smiled at his attitude and nodded, "Sounds good, Ah'll make sure ta remember that."

With that out of the way though, she looked up thoughtfully before speaking. "Well, Ah ain't got much 'round here other than mah music and the laptop. We could watch movies on the telee or sumthin'. What did ya have in mind though?"

Jolt grinned. He reached for his bag...

"I brooought..."

He pulled out a game controller.

"Video games."

Riwane laughed a little and smiled.

"Were ya even plannin' on studyin'" she teased. "Ya don't bring books AND games inta m'room an' expect ta have uninterrupted study sessions yanno?"

"Hey, I was just planning for break time," he smirked. "You wanna play a few rounds? I'll hook it up while you towel off or do whatever it is you do after a workout," he offered.

"Sounds like a plan!" she said as she hopped up from her bed. She took off, and tossed over her shirt and pants into the laundry basket before grabbing for a clean towel.

"I'ma go take a quick shower while ya do that, jus' make yerself at home alrite?" With that, she made her way over to the bath and moved the door a little, not really closing it in case she was needed for anything. She was never one for privacy anyways.

"No problem," he replied. As soon as she started stripping he quickly averted his eyes, suddenly finding his bag very interesting. The urge to look was strong with this one, but he was a guest. He had to at least TRY not to get thrown out.

He hopped down from the bed and pulled the video game console and its assorted cables out of the bag, trying to wire them up to the TV, all while listening to the sound of running water.

It'd be a bit, mainly because Riwane both loved water and loved taking her time while bathing... Now you knew who'd use up all the hot water okay?

Once she was done, she dried off, wrapped the towel around her and came out looking refreshed. "Man Ah jus' love that feelin'." she mused as she moved over to the closet and picked out something comfortable. Underwear, shorts, and a loose t-shirt.

Once she was done getting dressed, she moved over to the bed again to see how the set up was going.

When he was confident he wasn't invading her privacy anymore, Jolt finally allowed himself a glance back at her new outfit. He tossed a controller onto the bed with a grin. "Feeling all refreshed and ready for me to beat you?" he taunted.

"Ha! As if!" Riwane mused back as she grabbed the controller. "Ain't nobody sayin' this gal here ever turned down a challenge! Bring it on!"

"You are going DOWN, girl," Jolt grinned, sticking Super Giana Kart into the machine and plopping down with the other controller.

"Psh! Let's do this!" Well, while it didn't take much for this girl to get heated up, Jolt sure knew how to bring the energy with him!

They selected their characters and a track, and the race was on. "Eat my dust, Jolt said as the in-game countdown began. When it ended, the racers were off!

"Yer gonna regret those words spark butt!" she joked as they set off!

Riwane wasn't an amazing gamer, not in the least. But what she lacked in experience and skill she made up for in stubbornness and quick learning. It would take a bit to get used to the controls and the tracks, but soon enough she was quickly becoming a natural.

All in all though, she was having a blast no matter what!

"I've played this with Char tons, you've got NO chance," he taunted with a grin. Even as he teased her he was having good fun. She learned the game fast, and he was enjoying him some new competition.

Riwane laughed and every now and then she'd nudge him with her tail playfully attempting to get him off his groove.

"Oho, are you seriously playing dirty with me?" Jolt asked with a smirk.

"Hm? 'Fraid of sum distractions there Mr Master?" she teases back, continuing the game with a light laugh.

"No, but I hope you're not," he grinned, bumping her with his elbow back.

He played with Char all the time. He knew how to play dirty too.

She laughed and leaned forward, focusing on the game as her tail joined in on the fun of 'make the Jolt lose' game.

"Think Ah'll git ya this time."

Jolt attempted to retaliate, lifting his arms, trying to put his elbow in Riwane's line of sight. He knew all the tricks.

"Not today, firebutt!"

Riwane laughed and launched herself on him. Wrapping her strong arms around him from behind as she locked them in front of him with her controlled in hand, continuing to play.

She snickered playfully, smiling next to his ear from behind.

Jolt shoved back against, her, almost knocking her back to the bed. "Keep that up and I'll take you down with me!" he taunted with a laugh.

"Ah'd like ta see ya try!" Riwane teased back, continuing to harass playfully while trying to keep her focus on the game!

"Last lap, it's not gonna work!" he said, trying to knock her back to the bed with a grin.
