When: The span of February 27 - March 13
Warnings: This log is yellow-taped with all kinds of potential warnings. If your filthy imagination can conjure it, this log can produce it.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's how this works. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. Feel like drawing graffiti on Professor Jin's door? Apologizing for the aftermath of the latest cupidbot fiasco? Doing each others' hair and talking about boys? Giving your trusted(?!?) friends a free ride in the dryer? Staying up late at night making use of those dick-shaped cake pans you found in the cupboard? Man, I don't care, just do it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

"Deal!" she replied, grabbing her controller and getting ready to game!

And the game resumed! Jolt took an early lead, only getting a banana in the first item box. "Here we go, let's see you top this!"

Riwane got three green shells...

She was horrible at aiming, but maybe if she just shot all three at once...

"Comin' rite at ya!"

There was indeed strength in numbers, and with a pow, Jolt was knocked around so that Riwane could overtake him.

"Good shot!" he remarked, getting back into the race.

"Part skill, part luck!" mostly luck actually but hey! It worked!

She passed him quickly, hoping to keep the lead as long as she could as she concentrated more on the race than anything.

Jolt grabbed himself a green shell in the next item box and tried to line himself up with her. "I'm on your tail, torchbutt!" he taunted with a smirk.

"Oh dang! Deja vu but on tha other side!" Maybe... what did she learn from him last... the box! She needed one and fast!

She rolled over the box annnnnnnd got three bananas... what the hell did she need...

Oh! She could try to block the shells! And that's what she'd try to do, hopefully!

Oh, well that didn't help. "All right, let's see if you can stay that lucky," he grinned as he maneuvered himself towards another item box.

"So, you play games any?" Jolt asked curiously.

"Mostly fightin', adventure, or action games. Nevah tried one 'a these but they're fun!" she said as she took a tight curve smiling at the fact that she'd learned quickly how to make the most of it.

"Whut are yer favorites?"

"I love competitive games," Jolt said as he drifted around the corner after her, eyes open for a new item box. "We're actually playing one of my favourites right now! I really love Ultra Crush Cousins too."

"Ah figured you'd be tha type ta like competitive games. Seems we share that passion!" she replied as she sped up using a boost.

"Ah'm sure we'll git to our studies eventually..." Even though it was clear she was joking... Bad Riwane, bad!

"Eventually," he agreed with a smirk. "After I'm finished trouncing you!" He finally got his hands on a red shell, and by gum he was going to fire it!

"It ain't gonna be as easy as tha first time sparkbutt." she replied. Most games were just like battle tactics, you had to keep an eye on everything, especially your opponent.

That's why she had hit the breaks and let him pass after he got the red shell. She'd get something to counter him from the next box... she hoped.

Jolt grinned. She was learning.

"Better pick it up if you're gonna beat me!" he taunted with a smirk.

"No worries, Ah'm rite on yer butt! Keep yer eye on tha road now mister, y'mite skip a beat." And with the green shell she had picked up, she was hoping he'd be distracted enough for it to work.

Ah, but Jolt was ready for her. He knew how to guard himself from the front. And as more item boxes came up, he fired the red shell behind him, hoping to hit her while he grabbed a new item...

Tsk, she hoping he'd waste it on something else, but considering she'd fall behind if she got hit, she decided to use her green shell against the red one. She'd just have to get something else in the upcoming item boxes.

The final lap was on. Jolt was in the lead... Could Riwane snatch victory from the jaws of defeat?

Maybe, if the star she got in the last box had anything to say about it.

She'd wait for just the right moment to speed up, knock and pass Jolt while securing the win... Here's hoping!

"You're done now!" Jolt was so close to the finish line he could taste it. Time for Riwane to make her move.

"Hope you got a good hold on that wheel there skippy!" And she used the star's speed and invulnerability for her last chance at a win. She was going to give it everything she had!

"YEEEEEEHHHHHHAAAAAWWWWWWWWWW AH'M COMIN'!"

"Ah SHIT SHIT SHIT!" Jolt replied. He was so close to the end... and then Riwane plowed through him, making him spin out, and stealing victory from him.

"Ah, damn."

"WWWWWHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" The controller landed on her bed as she jumped and cheered and danced as her racer did a victory lap.

You'd swear she had won some tournament cause this girl was all over the place as happy as can be!

Jolt waved it off. "Yeah yeah, I'll get you next time," he promised.

He was about to pick up his controller and start again, when he looked at the books nearby, long since forgotten. He sighed. "I guess we should PROBABLY do a bit of studying," he admitted.

Riwane laughed and patted his back before turning to look at the books too.

"Hmm, Ah guess yer rite... Oh well, least it was fun rite?! Ah sure had a blast."
