When: The span of February 27 - March 13
Warnings: This log is yellow-taped with all kinds of potential warnings. If your filthy imagination can conjure it, this log can produce it.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's how this works. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. Feel like drawing graffiti on Professor Jin's door? Apologizing for the aftermath of the latest cupidbot fiasco? Doing each others' hair and talking about boys? Giving your trusted(?!?) friends a free ride in the dryer? Staying up late at night making use of those dick-shaped cake pans you found in the cupboard? Man, I don't care, just do it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

It would be a day of hard studies, but Riwane made sure she kept them both hidrated and with plenty of snacks! Every now and then she'd put on some fun music while they worked on some problems so it didn't get too quiet.

She wasn't a fan of quiet after all.

"You know what?" Jolt said with a grin. "Doing this with someone else is WAY better than alone."

"No kiddin' rite? An' it's easier ta understand sum things with help yanno? Even better when yer study partner ain't lookin' down on ya an' all." she added with a thumbs up.

"Hey, if you don't mind me asking," Jolt began, "How long have you been going here?"

"Me?" she replied as she tapped her chin in thought. "'Bout two years now, give or take. Let me tell ya, it's been quite an awesome ride!"

"I can bet," he said with a chuckle. "Tell me, what's the craziest thing that ever happened to you here?" he asked curiously.

"Man, what isn't crazy 'round here? Ah've met the coolest, strangest, and most awesome peeps. Robot cupids, crazy halloween highjinks and parties unlike any other place! Heck, when Ah first got here, Ah almost got eaten by Jon!" she said with a cheerful laugh.

"Really? Huh," Jolt laughed. "Funny to think, with you and Jon being so close now," he added.

"No kiddin' rite? He was huntin', Ah was huntin', he thought Ah was a pleasant snack, Ah burnt him 'fore he could git to me and from then we became buds, huntin' buddies an' more." she retold with a smirk on her face.

Jolt grinned. "More, huh? You realize you're not getting away with just that," he teased.

[blazebottom]

"Whut more is there ta say? It ain't like we're subtle 'bout things!" she replied with a chuckle. "He might be a stern and harsh trainer, but he's also a very loving and caring one."

[rivalthunderbolts]

Jolt chuckled. "You'd never think it to look at him," he commented. "You must've done a good job of mellowing him out!"

"Aww, he's a real sweetheart, but he won't show it. He'll do it his own way an' truthfully, he really does care. He tries ta help those who are willin' ta take 'is help."

Even before she met him. Though he does say that she made him more approachable, even if it's not noticeable.

"Good to know," Jolt replied. "At least you're doing right by him! If he wasn't taking care of you, I'd have to have some words with him!"

Riwane laughed, "Eyup, it's been quite an adventure so far. Definitely more n' Ah had expected from mah pokemon journey fur sure! And it ain't over yet, still got plenty a' badges out there ta collect!"

Jolt grinned. "By the way, I'm still waiting for that challenge," he teased. Eventually they'd have to take on the Viridian Gym, and he was eagerly anticipating a good challenge on that day.

[blazebottom]

"Don' even git me started on that. Ah've been trying ta think of a way ta built a team so we can official take on tha higher Gyms. Ah know they'll use everythin' they gots an' Ah can only take on so many y'know?" And she would HATE if they took it easy on her and them just because it was a team of one.

[rivalthunderbolts]

Jolt nodded. "Yeah, that's gonna be important," he agreed. "It's one thing to take on gyms that specialize in one type, but especially when you get up to higher level gyms you need to be versatile. And not to say anything bad about your skills, solo you wouldn't last too long in a huge gym battle. You need to mix up types and cover weaknesses."

"We've managed yeah, so far we've gotten a good handful 'a them badges. But Ah figured it'd be much harder up in the top tiers since Ah know they use their entire roster."

She sighed a little and shrugged. "Ah'm sure we'll git more teammates eventually..."

"Just relax, it'll happen," Jolt reassured her with a smile. "You'll build up an awesome team, and when you do, I'll be looking forward to your challenge!"

Riwane smiled big and nodded. "Ah'll be lookin' forward ta it too! Thanks Jolt." she added with a hug.

The hug was a bit of a surprise, but what the hell. Not like he minded. He hugged back at that. "Hey, it's what I'm here for," he remarked with a chuckle.

With a smile, Riwane sat back and got back to her books.

"Ah think after all these questions, numbers and what have ya, Ah'll be ready fer a nice nap!" she laughed.

"Studying can be a real pain," Jolt agreed, stretching. "But hey, at least we made progress!"

"Yup! An' that'll definitely help me pass this time! Ah'm lookin' forward ta graduation an' all!" she chuckled as she looked out the window.

"Ah shoulda been closer by now, but a lotta these things are like, totally new to me yanno?"
