Warnings: This log is yellow-taped with all kinds of potential warnings. If your filthy imagination can conjure it, this log can produce it.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's how this works. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. Feel like drawing graffiti on Professor Jin's door? Apologizing for the aftermath of the latest cupidbot fiasco? Doing each others' hair and talking about boys? Giving your trusted(?!?) friends a free ride in the dryer? Lucca - Machine Shop, Cafeteria

A) Lucca's in the machine shop, welding two very large bits of robot housing together. She's wearing no gloves, a tank top and shorts, and a mask. She's also welding with nothing her bare hands, pressing them to the metal and letting sparks fly.

Curious, aren't you?

B) With a strawberry parfait and a cup of some very thick, black tea, Lucca sits in the cafeteria and pours over her books for the big test tomorrow... But what's the test in?

Now this was a fascinating place. Cyrus had long been fascinated with machines, though he rarely came to the machine shop. It had been, however, the source of much of what he had used to build his extraction device all that time ago.

When he spotted the girl, his first thought was that she was being quite dangerous. Even when he had worked in his room as a child, he still took proper safety precautions and even then had managed to injure himself more than a few times. Working without any sort of equipment, especially while welding, was bound to lead to disaster.

Though as he approached, he saw that she wasn't welding with anything an ordinary person would use. The sparks seem to be coming from her body itself.

"How...?" he pondered aloud.

"Whoa, careful!" Lucca cautions after an animated double-take through the welding mask. The fire shuts off at once and she lifts her mask with the same hand. "Might not wanna get too close. I have to focus to make sure this stuff is harmless to other people. It could hurt you if I don't know you're there."

"I...see..." It was clear that he didn't, though he took a step back. "How do you weld without the tools to do so?"

"This is just fire magic." Yup, nothing strange here. She takes a few steps and slides down the side. "'S pretty easy to control the temperature if you pay attention, and it's actually safer than torch welding."
