Warnings: This log is yellow-taped with all kinds of potential warnings. If your filthy imagination can conjure it, this log can produce it.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's how this works. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. Feel like drawing graffiti on Professor Jin's door? Apologizing for the aftermath of the latest cupidbot fiasco? Doing each others' hair and talking about boys? Giving your trusted(?!?) friends a free ride in the dryer? Staying up late at night making use of those dick-shaped cake pans you found in the cupboard? Man, I don't care, just do it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

...he sure was acting strange. At first, she figured he wanted to discuss their last meaning. However, when no words came Celes merely shrugged it off (quite obviously trying to trick herself into believing the conversation wouldn't happen) and sipped her tea. Once Cress finally spoke up, Celes swallowed hard before turning her attention back to him. "...of course. I imagine this is what you wanted to speak with me about?"

"Yes. That is precisely it." He knew this would be barging in on personally awkward territory- likely for the both of them, but he hoped he could handle this as tactfully as possible. "First and foremost, I would like to apologize for my forward and unruly behavior toward you. I realize now that the circumstances were beyond our control, but nonetheless, I feel I should own up and take responsibility for what I had done to you."

"To be fair, we both acted rather unlike ourselves during that particular day." she places her tea cup down on its coaster and folds her hands on her lap. Honestly, she just wants this dumb conversation to end. It's making her feel...things. Things that she's not used to feeling.

"Besides," she began again, keeping up her calm demeanor as best as possible. "it wouldn't be right for me to blame you, as I was the one who initiated things."

The Pokemon trainer nodded his head, looking down at his hands as he did so. "You do have a point... Even so, I can't find it in me to fault you." Through this, a smile peeked through again, though it was mildly sheepish. "And if any blame can be pinned on any one act, it was my tipping us into the fountain and causing you to pass out. That is what Cress should really apologize for."

At that mention, Celes turned away and fiddled with her hair, as if mentioning that part of the whole ideal made her even more uncomfortable. "Well, in that case I forgive you. Although, I hope you realize I expect you to pay for my dry cleaning."

His smile changed for the better: warmer, relief settling in, and this time, he was looking straight at her. "It won't be a problem. I'd be glad to."

Well...that went better than expected. So long as this was all he wanted to speak with her about, everything would be just fine. She could sit in her room, sort out her emotions, and forget that day ever happened. "Splendid. Now, is there anything else you wished to speak with me about? Or was that all you had on your mind?"

Please say yes, that was it. PLEASE.

He got the feeling like she was trying to close up on him, and in some way, it made him frantic inside. His soul churned and ached to let her know more about how he was truly feeling inside, but he could never bring himself to express it so candidly like this... and when he hadn't thought it through enough! Besides, Cress was a private person, and so it was completely unthinkable for him to advertise in such a way. But since he was so enjoying how their chat had turned out and wanted to stay by her side for just a while longer, he didn't want this moment to end, so instead of following through with boxing it up and pushing it to the side never to be spoken of again, he wound up going against his better judgment and followed his heart instead of his mind.

"Truthfully... I had hoped we could talk more, if that is alright with you." OH DARN. Sorry Celes.

[...upon retrospect, she really should have seen that coming. Even so, she remained calm and did her best to keep her head screwed on tight. After all, she had no idea what he wanted to say.]

I see nothing wrong with that. After all, I do enjoy your marvelous company.

[She...didn't just say that. PLEASE tell her she didn't just say that. Internally, she was scolding herself for being so stupid. With a choice of words like that, Cress might just get the wrong idea...or...perhaps the right one.]

There is so much I have yet to understand about you, and yet... I feel a connection. It's odd... Not knowing a thing about someone, yet desiring their company above others. Is it not?

[Wait. Is...is he trying to imply that he might have an actual...crush, on her? As Celes ponders this, the thought alone causes her heart to beat faster. Not terribly fast, but enough for her to notice. Could it be she felt the same way towards him?

[If only he could peer into her thoughts! But unfortunately, he could not, and grew somewhat uneasy about her reaction. Yes, maybe he was being strange...]

[She reaches for her cup of tea that was some how still warm, bringing it up to her lips to take a sip before placing it back down to continue.]

[Now he's getting flustered, and he has a hard time concealing how he's at a loss of words- a sign that she was definitely uncovering his secret. He wasn't even ready to confess anything! It all felt too soon! Too fast! He wasn't even sure of himself! He swallowed hard and ducked his eyes to the floor, pursing his lips and cursing himself for not being prepared with the right thing to say. His confidence was dropped to the floor. She seemed appalled to him. What if she was appalled? What if she rejected him? Oh no, he couldn't take it... The thought made him want to cry.]

I-it's not that... Cress doesn't have a certain... degree of affectation for Celes... That said, it is safe to say that... Oh, sorry. Cress isn't making much sense.

[He unfolded his hands and kept them in his lap, taking a deep breath.]
