[This restaurant is known for its seafood, steak, and sushi selection. The food is cooked in the open for the costumers to watch being prepared, the odd sound of fire flaring up on the grill heard as certain dishes are put together!

Despite the fancy entertainment the décor is simple and spacious, but not unsightly.There's a Japanese feel to the place, the colours of red and black dominating the furnishings. People are simply dressed, and invited diners are told to dress the same; not too formal, not too casual.

The music played matches the laid-back atmosphere, catchy but not distracting. Chatter mingles in with it, and may help to ease some dates this tonight. Or not.

The candles on the table here are-- candles? There are no candles here! But on the tables reserved for the academy, there's a card. Each card has a different letter-number combination. Find your table!]

With the creepy carnival come and gone, things were settling back into a normal pace. The steady deepening of the chill in the air kept pressing forward, bringing with it a crispness to the air. The falling leaves of gold and orange followed in its wake. The campus was pretty well covered in the stuff by now, and with no officially employed grounds keeper, it seemed like it was going to stay that way.

Until one day it started to look a bit clearer. Piles started to pop up. Littles ones at first. Then big ones. Mountainous ones. Soft, giant piles of crisp, dry leaves.

Did you want to jump in them? You wanted to jump in them. They were perfect.

While a great majority of them were unattended, some of them were accompanied by a young man whose colour scheme matched them. He had a big rake in his hands, and it seemed he was responsible for a lot of them. Oh boy.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's how this works. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Just add a thread with the room number (and date/time, if it matters) and the characters that reside there (just for reference!). You do not have to use one character's thread as a dual-purpose for both characters if you do not want to. Doesn't have to be a dorm room, either, if you have something else in mind. It could be the common room or the student science lab or wherever. So how's that first week of school been treating you? How big's your pile of homework? Sure, you could be doing that. But why do that when you could decimate your friendships by playing a round of Giana Party 4? Host a girl's-only slumber party! Spy on a girl's-only slumber party! Dare someone to spend the night in the haunted dorm! Slip a (fake) love letter beneath that special someone's door! Etcetera, etcetera... I'm sure you can think of something to get your bad self up to.

CONDENSED VERSION: Nabooru, his adopted mother, had perished in the midst of fighting robots on the 26th. Pit is the opposite of his bright and upbeat self and spends his time alone and too downtrodden to do much of anything, sitting on a bench or a couch or a chair or anywhere looking vacant, maybe crying, wandering aimlessly, or holed up in his room, for example. YOUR OPTIONS ARE NUMEROUS. There's... definitely something wrong, and anyone is definitely capable of crossing his path. The later on in the allotted days, the less likely he is to be teary and mournful- he might even be more resentful than sad and find solace in beating up sandbags instead.

Perhaps you watched it happen before your very eyes, perhaps word makes it to you via phone, or a friend pulls you over to watch the feed play back. One way or another, you realize a huge drama bomb has been dropped into your laps, Smash Academy:

Eggman's robots are mobilizing.

Seth is some huge, psychotic asshole drug lord hellbent on subverting everyone with clones.

And they're fighting it out on top of a building in FDC and it's being televised.

...Or perhaps you are unfortunate enough to not realize any of that until it's too late, and you have been captured and robotsized by Eggman. Perhaps it's less noticeable and you feel like you bumped your head against something and blacked out just for a second. Weird, but you feel totally fine and nothing seems wrong.

About the only amount of fun Pit was having like this anymore was his ability to click on any object and watch it sing, dance, explode, brush its teeth, do a flip, produce fuzzy small animals, or any other inconceivable action that shouldn't be taking place. But even that was starting to get kind of dull. He'd just got finished clicking on an apple to turn it into a carton of juice when a thought germinated.

Oh no! He had an appointment today! He was supposed to fight with an opponent for Nyx's class. At 2:00 p.m. sharp he was supposed to be over there at the stadium, fighting, like Jock and he agreed prior. What if he was waiting for him? He didn't want to make anyone wait on him, even if he wasn't exactly... cut out for fighting like this. Well, he could still give it a shot, right?

With the sliver of a chance that Jock might be there, Pit raced with the minute he had left to spare. He always knew what time it was because he had a built-in analog clock (and radio!). He swerved in with a sharp, screeching turn and bolted inside the stadium, then slowed down to a slow roll when he was in the safe zone.

"Joooock? Are you here?" What were the chances? Maybe he was being stupid about this whole fight. Maybe with the chaos of all the transformations, all meetings and appointments were assumed to be canceled?
