Dorm Log: Scorching Summer Edition

What: Dorm log!
Where: Student and Teacher dorms, and quite possibly beyond campus. Frankly? I don't care where. Go have fun, kids.
When: The span of June 14 - June 28th. Pick a date.
Warnings: Yeah, it got pretty naughty in here.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's how this works. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. Stay up all night watching reruns of Teenage Mutant Ninja Squirtles? Break out the ice cream and industrial fans to beat the heat? Get a bad suntan while you're asleep with the help of your friends? Whatever you get your bad self up to. Your good self is welcome, too. Red

[ Red wasn't socialising any more than he usually did, but the trainer was getting out regularly if he could. The main reason for this was to get his team trained, something that had been an occurrence before but was now more of a priority with all the free time available. It made the trainer more of a regular at the stadium. Or, when it was too busy, he took them onto the incredibly spacious field for going against each other instead. Good times.

Other places one might find Red? His room, BE-02, which he shares with R.O.B., his Wartortle Marie, and three flower pots on the windowsill. Unfortunately, no R.O.B. will be found in the room (unless Red leaves his computer on maybe), so it's either just the trainer or the blue-haired Pokemon boy. What joy.

Or just anywhere around the campus, though the trainer isn't dallying around doing nothing for long. He can be caught in the canteen for breakfast, lunch or dinner, or maybe he took something small out and can be found inside the common room.

Or even the lake. Wow. 'Cause that chubby Wartortle guy likes swimming there for some reason and Red guesses his Pokemon have got to have a break sometime.

Any threads will be with Red alone though unless a Pokemon is necessary. ]

[Green hadn't planned on seeing Red before he left for the weekend, especially not after prom. But, he couldn't really help chance, could he? He didn't much want to explain the situation between himself and Blue, either, but...]

Hey.

[He blinked at Red's tone of voice, but kept on talking despite his better judgement.]

I'm going out for the weekend, that's all.

[He grit his teeth.]

Just. Give Blue a call when you get the chance. I think she'd wanna hang out.

[rivalappeared]

[Green stood there, at a loss for words. The coldness of Red's tone seemed foreign coming from the usually quiet boy.]

... Uh, okay... I mean. It was just a suggestion? I kinda fucked up with her and I just thought she might not wanna make the first move to talk about it. If she wanted to. To you.

[AFTER PROM]

By the time Vinnie got back to the stadium dance floor, his trainer was nowhere to be seen - something that he rather expected to happen, really. It was probably better that way. The things weighing on Vinnie's mind made the execution of small talk kind of awkward and meaningless. This talk he needed to have... this selfish but meaningful request had to get off his chest before he could really move forward. And he was very, very tired of stagnating the way he was.

So, after a little bit more mingling with folks he hadn't seen in a while, he dropped Red a text just to double-check that the trainer was, in fact, in his room. The Venusaur's other plans would have to wait for later. He headed over to BE-02, and sucked in a deep breath before reaching for the doorknob.

As usual, he forgot to knock as he opened the door. "Hey, Red?"

Vinnie gave a small smile in return and let himself in, making sure to close the door behind him. He leaned against the wall casually - it felt easier to do this on his feet instead of sitting somehow, but he almost needed some form of support still.

The potted plants were doing all right, he noted on reflex.

It took a moment before the Venusaur could find the words to speak. Strange - he had everything lined up in his head on his way here, and suddenly his mind was blank again. This... was already harder than he expected it to be. But, he sucked in a breath and began, "...A lot's changed, hasn't it?"

"Different from just stayin' on Mt. Silver too. All we had t'do back then was look out for ourselves. We were free t'go wherever we wanted."

Unconsciously mirroring Red, the Venusaur put his hands in his pockets as well. Better than just leaving them to dangle there. His eyes travelled from the windowsill over to the trainer.

"I owe you a lot for takin' me with you."

HIS ROOM - POST KANTO

[The front of his shirt is immediately grabbed, and the trainer is dragged out into the hall.]

Good morning, fuckbucket. How was your weekend?

[rivalappeared]

[He finally does let go, taking a couple steps backwards with fire blazing in his eyes.]

When I said to give Blue a call, I don't recall saying you should fucking hit her. That was not part of my suggestion.
