If comment threads get squished too far into the right after a while, feel free to start a new part 2 thread.

TEGAKI THREADS ARE ALSO ALLOWED. Anyone who begins a Tegaki log, post a link to that tegaki thread in a new thread WITHIN THIS POST as you would a new LJ room log.

Lastly, there's internet access so you can post personal thoughts and things in your regular journals but you don't need to link them here.

Samus stumbled away from the ridiculous excuses of piles for buses and grimaced. "Ugh..." Nothing is ever normal at this school...

Samus brought her fingers to her lips and whistled LOUDLY like she did at the beginning of the trip to grab everyone's attention. "Ok everyone! Once you get off the buses, meet here in the MAIN LOBBY to find out your hotel rooms."

Porky seemed to be in good spirits when he entered the lobby. "Hehehe~ I ordered the suite here a little while ago~ Only the best for me!" Porky exclaimed, walking around, waiting for the others to come in.

SNAKE AND SAMUS' ROOM

Snake unlocked the suite, throwing his stuff down on his bed.
He stretched, and yawned.
"What the hell...I'm on vacation, right? Why don't I just fall asleep while I wait for Otacon."
He removed his clothes, crawled into the bed in his boxers, and immediately fell asleep.

Samus trudged her way up the stairs, a bit perplexed as to how she ended up with a suite. Like hell she was going to argue with something like that though--she wasn't paying for it directly out of pocket, and god damn she was looking forward to it.

When she opened the door, stepped inside and flicked on the light to immediately see Snake... flopped down face first... in her bed... in just his boxers, she dropped her bag to the wooden floor and baulked.

And then she barked a bit louder than she wanted, "SNAKE?!" She turned bright red and closed the door behind her, sure she was in the right place, and that Snake, was not. "What are you doing in my room!?"

FALCON AND OLIMAR'S ROOM

It took a little bit of shuffling the duffel bags and the unconscious teacher for Falcon to successfully maneuver the key into the slot on the door. But once he heard the click that signaled unlocking, he kicked the door open and hauled himself and the biology professor into the room.

A quick look around before he set Ollie down gently on one of the beds. Pulling off his helmet and tossing it aside (and giving his and his partner's bags a similar treatment), he made his way back to the door, closing it and bolting it shut. Then he looked at the other captain and sighed.

Falcon sat on the bed next to him, feeling horrendously guilty not only for failing to notice Ollie was knocked out, but for being the one whose reckless driving got him knocked out in the first place. He bit his lip and ran a hand through the smaller captain's light brown hair.

"Ugh...Ollie...I'm really sorry..." He said softly. Not much he could do but wait for him to wake up.

The sudden burst of light hurt Olimar's eyes as blurs and random assorted brightness merged together again to form a more coherent picture of where he was. All he could remember what happened during the psychotic ride eventually they landed but it shook the whole bus and things went black, though it all went out in a burst of sharp stinging pain.

Even though it was clear to the captain that he was obviously off the bus now the unbalance of the speed was still in his system, adrenaline still not fully worn off. To see where exactly was he Olimar sat up to get a better view of his surroundings. It appeared to be the hotel room and not for a second did he doubt that, but that didn't matter at the moment. The aching pain in his head was still there and worse then when he blacked out. (Though this could be because he didn't feel it for long as it knocked him out) He tried to feel where he hit his head with his left hand to quickly flinch and withdrawal from the pain as it only made it worse.

"...D-Doug?..What happened, I don't remember getting in here...I didn't hit my head did I?...Say, how long has it been since we got here?"

Suite #2- Porky and Kirby's Room

"Only the best for me!" repeated Porky, as he walked into his nice, wide room. Of course, it wasn't as spacious as his rooms in his Empire Porky Building, but nevertheless, it was good enough. In his hands was Charlotte's insta-mech egg which he retrieved from the ruins of the bus. He would use it later when he got the chance. "Ah, sleep tight, old girl. You'll have another day," he said, setting the egg down on a table. Porky walked over to his suitcase and pulled out his clothing. It was traditional gear of Japanese noblemen. With a smile, he walked over to the closet and it took minutes for him to put it on.

By the time he entered the suite room, his toothy grin was on his face.

"Whew! It's hard acting as what people see me as." Kirby said as he wiped his forehead and walked out into the center of the room. He tossed his fully-stuffed backpack onto the ground before giving his back a nice long stretch.

He looked over at the egg that was on the table and walked over to it.

"That's this egg...?"

ROOM #11 - Bowser Jr and Luigi

Luigi went to the room and found it still locked, so he was the first one there. With a heavy sigh he unlocked the door and swung it open, walking in and going right for the bed by the windows (just in case?), tossing his bag down at the foot of the bed.

He went to a window, opened it, and sat Stanley down on the sill. In front of it was a flowerbed with bushes and various flowers, he figured he'd like to go out there when bored. "Don't-a go anywhere near water, though, okee?" he told him in a fatherly tone as he leaned on the sill himself, head in hand, wondering if he should just go out and wander around before his roommate showed up or just to get meeting with Bowser Jr over with. Stanley cocked his head at Luigi and sat down on the sill by him.

Bowser Jr. was slightly disappointed he wasn't roomed with Porky only because they got along so well on the bus ride, nonetheless he'd be rooming with some guy named Luigi. Oh well, he didn't know who he was, or really cared but maybe it would be interesting.

He knocked on the door and walked in with his stuff and giant paintbrush in hand. "Hu hu! What a tiny room, this place looks kinda shabby." He looked at his roommate for a second and the little guy with him, he looked familiar but he wasn't sure where he's seen him before. "So which one is my bed? I'll warn you now, I snore as loud as Papa!"

Cane looked up at Ganondorf as he walked inside and promptly fell over on his bed.

"I dunno, she looked fine to me~" He grinned, throwing his backpack down on the floor beside one of the beds and sitting down.

The pokemon stared at his two roommates thoughtfully. "So... We're roomies. I don't think know you at all." He stared at Panther for a moment, then shrugged and proceeded to pull off his boots.

"Woo! I am beat!" Falco exclaimed after letting Leon go. He kicked off his shoes and jumped into the bed almost immediately. "That was the best busride ever!" He grinned delightedly.

ROOM #1 - CHARIZARD AND IVYSAUR

Charizard led Ivysaur in, and she simply opened her pouch, setting her books on a nearby nightstand and smiling. She stretched her whole body, and smiled at Ivysaur. "Alright, I'm gonna go make sure that Squirt is okay, you unpack, alright? Trust me~!"

And with that she was off with the room key, effectively making it so that Ivysaur would have to stay and unpack for a while until she made sure Squirt was in safe hands.

Charizard returned to her room while Ivysaur was packing, having secretly made sure that Squirtle and Bulbasaur made it to their rooms undisturbed. She quietly lied down in bed, leaving the card key to their room ontop of her books where Ivysaur would surely see it, as she lied down and relaxed, making sure her tail didn't torch anything and just spreading her wings.

"I hope you relax, Ivysaur... You deserve it." She closed her eyes and hummed, wondering if Ivysaur was going to decide to rest after the bus trip or to go outside and find a secluded spot to meditate. Either way was fine with Charizard, as long as she didn't have to take a dip in any water yet.

Room# (Mother) 1

Ninten walked up to the room. He slid the key in, unlocking it, and opened the door. He knew that chances were the other two would be quite puzzled at his entrance. He just hoped there weren't any surprise attacks on his way in.

The teen stepped in, waving slowly. "Uhm...H-hi guys. I uh, guess I'll be rooming with you for the time being," he laughed.

Poo had situated himself in a corner of the room on a tatami mat and was seated in a 'meditating' position when the newcomer stepped into the room. "Ninten." Poo smiled, "You are welcome here," The Prince cast a glance at Ness, "If that is alright with my other room mate?"

Setting his instrument and bottle down on the table, he eyed one of the three transformation balls he had been given tentatively... Should he wait until tomorrow, or try it out tonight?

FALCULTY ROOM #3: Otacon, Oak, Surge & Geno AKA SUPER MANLY ROOM

"Well looks like I'm the first." Otacon grinned as he walked to the room. He gave a quick glance at his back, just in case Samus or Snake would burst behind him.

Nothing.

At least for now.

He took his key...his real one, and opened up the room. It wasn't so bad, four beds, a high window for fresh air, two separate bathrooms, the works. Not suite material, but pretty damn comfy, compared to the small twin bed he slept back at his dorm.

Coming around the corner with a steady pace was Oak, still busy writing down things. He glanced up to see Otacon and smirked, stuffing his notepad into his pocket, he walked up to the door, inspecting it as well.

"Well now! This weekend will be a good one!" he laughed heartily, walking in. "Say, Otacon, did you get any word on who else we're rooming with?" he asked him, flopping back into one of the beds, but..with care for his back.

MAIN LOBBY - Exploration and Socializing

Charizard walked around the lobby, looking about curiously. This was a pretty big place. She was surprised- from all she heard, the place was going to be filled with water. She was pleasantly surprised, to say the least.

This would be a good time as any to get to know the teachers and students who were more outgoing, she figured. Maybe she'd find something to compete at too!

... So far, he had noticed something that unsettled her, but she couldn't really do anything about it right now... Even though her competitive spirit was irked by it. She seemed completely happy on the outside however.

Now that her belongings were stored in her room Amy felt she could relax out in the lobby as she felt the need to socialize.

Past all the many many students and staff Amy managed to spot one of her good friends Manaphy just standing around, as if he were waiting for someone.

"Mana! Manaaa! Over here!" She called in a happy yet sleepy tone, waves her arms out to attractive his attention.

Tricky and Parakarry's Room.

"Ugh, he weighs a ton! Maybe I should of stayed in my human form a bit longer," he panted.

The paratroopa groaned as he dragged Tricky inside.

Room #1 - Bulbasaur and Squirtle (83)

After a lot of guessing and deliberating out in the lobby about which way they should go to find their room... the two boys finally found their room.

Bulbasaur bounced a little outside the door as he figured out which way the key went and opened the door with an audible click. The grass type blinked and pushed the door open, curiously peering inside and fumbling around for a light switch or something to light up the room.

Squirtle waited for Bulba to open the door before walking in himself to look for a light switch. "Hmmm, oh! There it is." flicking it on the room lit up and everything was visible, surprisingly the rooms were really well decorated and spacious. Squirtle ran over to the beds to see how soft they were and sat on them bouncing up and down a bit. "These are waaay better then the school dorm beds!"

ROOM #6 - Nyx and Paula

Key card and luggage in hand, Paula scrolled down the hallway, checking which door was hers. Six, right? Yeah, that was it. Sliding the card through, she unlocked the door, which she opened quietly, unsure if Nyx was already there or not. She took a couple steps in, closing the door behind her.

"Uhm... hello?" Her voice sounded nervous, and it was no wonder. Ms Aran had informed her of her roommate, the ghost which turned out to be one of the pranksters. She intended to talk things out, like the blond teacher suggested, but... they didn't have to. Paula didn't want to think about the room raids, and she wasn't sure if her roommate wanted too either. They'd see soon enough, then?

Nyx walked in not long after, giving a quick nod and smile to Paula.
"Hey there." She said, walking over to the bed Paula didn't appear to be occupying and dropping her bags on it, before sitting down.
"Don't think I've met ya, yet. The name's Nyx." She gave Paula a smile, and held her hand out to shake.

Jolene's Room (Unassigned Room 1)

Jolene practically knocked down the door in her mission to get in. Once she entered she noticed that the room was empty.

"No... roommate..." she paused, "Cool." A sly smile snuck onto her face. The pirate-woman spared no time in spreading her things all around the room, making it feel like home. Cluttered, and unorganized.

On the un-used (so far) bed, she spread out a line of paper airplanes and water balloons, her arsenal ready.

"This is sweet, nobody to pester me!" she sighed as she plopped down on her own bed. Then she remembered.

"Right, foot..." she then picked up the phone and demanded that room service send up an ice-pack.

FACULTY ROOM: Goose and Flint's Room

"My goooood, god god god goooood, I feel like I'm gonna lose my lunch..."

Goose grumbled and whined to himself, holding back his need to vomit from the ride, as he trudged tiredly through the hallway, looking to find his room where he would be taking residence with... someone in the staff by the name of Flint. He hadn't really interacted at all with this man, so rooming with this guy would be an experience he couldn't predict at the time. How would those two get along? Very well, or badly enough that Goose would just have his head shoved under his pillow the whole time?

He hadn't the slightest idea, but if he didn't have such a weary mind at the time, he would probably be feeling more optimistic. He could get along easily with other people sometimes, though, despite his rough demeanor... so maybe things would go along smoothly?

"Oh yeah, this is it, right?" He questioned to himself, approaching the door and holding up his card key in case it was locked. Before deciding to slide it through, he knocked on the door once. Twice. Three times.

No answer. Hm, looks like he got here before Flint did.

"Guess I'm alone for now," commented the pilot inwardly, sliding the card through and pushing the door open with his shoulder. Immediately, he set his bag down gently next to one of the beds, and plopped down on it without caring about anything else at the moment.

He needed rest... although he wouldn't mind being up and about again and trying to get his strength up THAT way when his roommate shows up...

Flint arrived a short while later, with Boney plodding behind him. Every part of his body ached and he wanted nothing more than to go to sleep and forget the bus ride ever happened. He never got his nap on the way over, he very nearly saw his son and a busload of other children get killed, and he and another busload of children nearly got killed after that. The less he remembers about that trip, the better.

Flint was rooming with another faculty member named Goose... or at least that's what he thought he heard Miss Aran say over the din of excited and terrified students and teachers. He hoped this Goose fellow wasn't in the mood to chat... and that he wasn't allergic to dogs.

It took Flint a moment to figure out the card key gizmo. Whatever happened to normal keys? He grumbled to himself as he finally managed to get the door open and enter. He saw the other man already lying down, so he tipped his hat and headed for the other bed.

"Hope you don't mind the dog." Flint said. Boney immediately went to the foot of the other bed and lay down obediently.

ROOM #9 - Nabooru, Mimi and Amy

Half stumbling through her way to her room door Amy fiddled a little with the key in her hand. "Why does our entire school staff have to be full of weirdos and psychos?" She had not even tried to communicate with the other two girls figuring they'd talk when she was in the mood. Right now all she wanted to do was throw her stuff somewhere safe and relax.

Shortly after Amy settles in, the door opens again and Mimi enters, looking excited but exhausted. It isn't long before she notices her roommate.

"Oh, well hi there! ♥ You're... Amy, right?" She looks around. "Gosh, I thought there were three people staying in this room? I wonder where the other girl is."

FALCULTY ROOM #2: THE W ROOM (WALUIGI AND WEAVILE

Waluigi opened the door to his room. His roomate didn't seem to be here yet. Noticing that there were four beds total, he quickly grabbed a spare one and dragged it to another, forming some sort of monsterus thing that could accommodate his legs.

"What a trip." he said simply, although he was oddly contempt. Now that his brother was here, this damn school might get more interesting.

Weavile quickly headed to his appointed room. Not actually having a key, he hoped his roommate, whoever that would be, would have it. Thankfully the door was slightly ajar when he reached the room. Opening it slowly, he noticed Waluigi moving the beds.

"Ah, hello..." He nodded at the other teacher and placed his belongings on one of the empty beds. "I don't think we've formally met before. I'm Weavile."

DRINKING AT THE BAR: Faculty only

After getting herself settled in her room that lacked a second party, she decided to parooze herself down to the hotel's lobby and look around a bit. She was hoping to find a bar, since she really needed a drink after that bus ride.

"There she blows!" she sighed once spotting a place that looked to serve liquor. She strolled over and ordered rum. She wondered if she might run into any of the other faculty members.

"Hey." Waluigi replied, sitting down on a stool nearby, ordering a glass of Shōchū for himself. He'd taken a shower after arriving and now needed the power of a stiff drink to calm down all the aches and pains he'd feel next morning from his little escapade with his brother.

INFIRMARY/ NURSE

Nabooru woke up feeling rather tired, that last ordeal had really taken it out of her. Then she realized, oh yeah, not once, but TWICE in the past five hours had she fallen asleep right in front of Good ol' lovable Ganondorf. She squeaked, surveying this room she was in. Beds... X-ray machines, file cabinets... It looked like a Nurse's office.

"Uhh... Help?" she asked, unsure whether or not someone would hear her.

"Oh," said Cackletta on a nearby bed when she heard Nabooru's voice.

"You must be Nabooru, right? I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that I can't help you much. I'm in here after the rather FAST ride from Falcon's bus..... Ugh, that was much worse than getting beat up by the Mario Brothers," groaned Cackletta, holding her stomach, hoping that she wouldn't throw up in front of the young student.

ROOM 64 - Diddy and Conker

Diddy opened the door swiftly and cartwheeled into the room. It was a quaint little place like none he's ever been to before and it was exciting him! His idea of unpacking was simply tossing his only backpack into the closet in which afterwards he explored around the room: the furnishings, the traditional-looking windows, the Japanese-styled bathroom which was completely unheard of to him.

Being in a city was new to him enough as is, but he liked these experiences! He wished he could travel more!

He turned to his best buddy and gave him a thumbs up of approval as he threw off his hat.

ROOM #8 - PEACH AND DAISY'S ROOM

Unable to find Peach anywhere, Daisy proceeded to their room without her. As soon as she was locked inside, she picked a bed and ran over to it, flopping down on it with a moan. Sweet, cushioned relief!

"*sigh*... What am I going to do, now that I'm here?" she said to herself. "I'm afraid to go hang out with anyone... there's no telling who'll get on my case for no reason. To think, before I had no problem with stuff like this. I usually get along with everybody... and now I'm making enemies left and right... just because I try to be a strong and capable woman."

Apparently, she thought, it's tough to be a strong woman. You have an opinion, they trap you in a barrier box.

Speaking of Dimentio, he apparently hadn't come on the trip. Daisy was grateful, but... there was still Katt Monroe, and Nyx, the Gastly. Apparently, Nyx was one of the pranksters. Daisy really should have known. Ghost Pokemon tended to be big on pranks. She'd thought about confronting Nyx... but...

"Confrontation only gets me in trouble," she muttered. "I can't afford to stand up for myself, or for others, anymore. All it does is give me grief."

'I'm weak,' she told herself. 'I'm weak, pathetic, and stupid. Dimentio was right, Katt was right, they're all right-- what kind of princess am I? What kind of person am I?'

Her stomach growled. Apparently, not even a prior case of nausea (and evacuation) was enough to rid Daisy's appetite.

"A hungry person, apparently," she said, answering her own question aloud. "It's a good thing I'm on solid ground right now..."

She had seen on a map in the lobby that there was a food buffet in the building. She got up from the bed and let herself out, praying it would still be open... maybe binging would take a load off her mind.

Peach was exhausted. Not only did her father's limo go much much slower than either bus, but Toad had gotten quite lost on the way to the bathhouse. The mushroom princess walked through the door of her room. Toad and a few other mushroom retainers were close behind, each carrying an impressive piece of luggage.

"How lovely." Peach smiled at her servants. "But with two princesses in the room, we should spruce it up, yes? Especially since Daisy's been feeling down these past few days!"

She and her servants went about decorating the room - pink for Peach and yellow for Daisy. Then she put out an elegant tea set customized for the two - pink with peaches for Peach and yellow with daisies for Daisy. It was quite perfect...and she hoped that it would make the other princess feel at home.

Once the decorating was done, however, she felt much more exhausted - too much to go socialize with the other students. So she dismissed her servants and changed into her beautiful pink nightie, and climbed into bed.

ROOM #17 - LATI@S AND MANAPHY;S ROOM

After finally getting assigned to his room - with the Lati@s siblings no less - Manaphy stumbled into the room gratefully and unpacked the few belongings he had. Sitting in one of the beds - he assumed the other two would share - he took a nap.

A voice called out to him after a while. The sister of the twins had arrived first traveling by flight. It seemed like Latios would take a few hours more packing the rest of the stuff. He seemed to have wanted to come together with her but he needed to really get his stuff packed after helping Latias pack hers.

"I just arrived so... did you have to wait a long time?"
