Who: Errybody
What: HOT SPRINGS: HOT SPRINGS EDITION
Where: Hot springs. Different hot springs. Not the hot springs that turned everyone into six year olds.
When: March 25th - March 29th
Warnings: Cursed springs. Sex swapping.

Right outside the resort is the main attraction, a collection of natural hot springs, separated by gender with a co-ed spring in the middle. Despite it being late March, there's still a dusting of snow on the ground, making the warm springs all the more inviting.

If the main resort area is too crowded for you, there are whispers of a secluded, private spring down a secret path. It's supposed to be very nice--if you can find it.



It's dangerous to go alone. Take this!

"You forgot reducing intake of sweets."

Ha, of course, he wasn't serious. In fact, the tone he took was quite nasty as he rose, arms shielding those teeny tiny nubs, legs clamped shut.

"I'm not playing games here, Doctor," stated Shadow, however obvious that might have already been. "If something were to happen to me, you'd lose a valuable source of power, wouldn't you?"

Yeah, making it seem like he was the one being used when it was Eggman during the ARK fiasco.

For Shadow, the ARK incident was still recent. For Eggman, a lot of time had passed. Time in which Shadow had become just another thorn in his side, allying with Sonic and GUN against him. His safety was thus no great concern of his. Not anymore.

"You've made it QUITE CLEAR where your loyalties lie," Eggman grumped, pointing angrily. "If you're looking for someone to take pity on you, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE."

"Need I remind you that I am not the Shadow of your time?" At least, that's what he thought it was. Clearly his future self must have displayed adversity to the Eggman Empire. Hm. He must have had good reason.

"I am still your ally. I thought we had a better working relationship than that," spoke Shadow with a tone that almost sounded genuinely hurt. Almost.

"I seem to recall that during our time on the ARK, you were just USING ME to fully activate the ARK and DESTROY HUMANITY, out of a desire for revenge for the death of Maria," Eggman corrected him.

"Tsk. It seems you just can't let go of a grudge."

Shadow hobbled out of the spring, inwardly cursing this doctor's intelligence. It was his own fault, really, for not realizing who he was dealing with. This was Gerald's grandson, after all. He didn't lack a dull mind.

"Now, if you'll excuse me, I am going to calm my nerves."

Probably by curling up in a ball and brooding in his room. Pfft.

"Yes, good luck with that," Eggman grumbled. He turned on his heel and left himself. No way he was getting into the water THERE. Admittedly he almost felt bad for Shadow, but his pride wasn't going to let him admit it. It was Shadow's own fault for not being careful, and that was that. To assume that Eggman should be WORRIED about his well being? Unthinkable!
