What: Meteor shower time! SO INTENSE
Where: Anywhere you choose~
When: futuredated, Thursday, August 12th. Any time that's dark is good for seeing stars, 8 or later; it goes in to the early morning of the 13th, too.

Just as promised, tonight was going to be a night full of shooting stars.



From anywhere in Final Destination City, these beautiful streaks of light can be seen dashing across the sky. Why not use the night to take your date out and watch the stars together? Perhaps a new relationship could form. Or break. Maybe a wish could come true. The sky was simply stunning, and the weather allowed for a comfortable atmosphere. It's a nice night to go out and watch the night sky.

If you need some more information, I based it off of the Perseid meteor shower, so hopefully that could help you out.]]

A rod to grant every wish... surely, a thing in the hands of humans and feeling creatures could only lead to disaster, the Solrock's currently frame of mind reasoned.

Greed is a common flaw creatures of feeling experience. All beings are, in a sense, greedy. Even you, Anshu told her. In short, the only way to achieve true peace in this world would be to annihilate the root cause, which is emotion itself. Imagine this planet without it. There would be no greed, no need for destruction, because everyone simply does what needs to be done for the good of everyone.

Hmmm. Watt took this information in before saying anything. If emotion didn't exist, then that would have meant that Bowser wouldn't even care that the Star Spirits weren't granting his wishes...come to think of it, if there wasn't any emotion, then no one would have any desire to make a wish! "I guess if there wasn't any emotions, the whole thing with Bowser taking the Star Rod would've never happened..." Watt mused, "...but wouldn't it make things really dull? Um, if there were no such thing as emotions, then while things could be done for the greater good, everything would be just boring!"

It didn't need to give this another thought. A monotonous lifestyle, when emotionless, does not matter. If all were to exist without feeling, boredom does not exist; boredom can breed violence and destruction, hence the removal of all emotions and desires.

It almost seemed as though Anshu was just spewing up this information from a script it read.

"...oh, yeah." Watt was starting to see all of this in Anshu's perspective more clearly, though thinking about a world without emotions made her feel a little...empty. "Maybe you're right, things would be better without emotion. But...I don't know, I still don't like that idea. Emotions makes things more interesting, even though there are some feelings that can make others do terrible things! There's also some emotions that can make others do fantastic things, even greater than if they didn't have emotions in the first place! Sure, there's that risk that more chaotic stuff could happen...but, um, I think there's a better chance that great things could happen."

Anshu learned something new today, perhaps a jaded conclusion on its part. So, people liked emotions so that things could be more interesting...? It couldn't grasp this.

Which would you rather have: joy, or destruction? With that, Anshu turned and floated off, deciding to seek Cyrus if it could.

Watt watched Anshu hover away, that last thought still playing through her head. "Well, joy, of course, but..." she said quietly. Watt did learn something from the talk as well: there couldn't be peace without chaos - a world without any emotions wouldn't have this problem, but everything would be dull. Which was better: a dangerous, interesting world or a peaceful, boring world? It gave her a lot to think about.

Nevertheless she looked back up at the falling stars, thinking about the conversation.
