Winter sucks, right? Hayato sure thought so. Well, he didn't hate it, but after a month of cold and dark he decided it was high time for a change. While he could have easily done the selfish thing and fled the city for the entirety of winter break, he liked to consider himself a more generous man than that. Surely his students would love the chance to get away from winter for a few days, too. And if any staff happened to stow away for the trip, well, that was their decision.

So, under the guise of having a swimming class while the school's outdoor pool was out of use, our hero whisked everyone away to lovely Isle Delfino. Once plagued by darkness and vandalism, the whole island had since been kept clean and bright and shiny and boasted a number of tourist attractions. With the only real requirement for the gym class being to get at least some swimming in, there would be plenty of time to explore everything else. Between abandoned eggs that hatch water-soluble yoshis, a giant mall, human pachinko, an amusement park, and the hotel with an abundance of ghost stories, there's bound to be something to do.

All in all, not a bad way to ease in to the new semester. The hardcore classes could start next week, he promised, before setting his class free.

"B-because!" Rock said. It wouldn't be enough for her, he realized quickly, so he added, "It's just against the rules, okay? Public beaches mean you have to cover up the important human parts!"

At any rate, a shop with actual bathing suits only catches her attention because she saw a surf board in the window. She saw one of those on the beach, so it must be associated!

"Rock," she tugged on his fingers and pointed at a cute white bikini in the window. Much too adult fitting for her, but she liked it.

"The heart should be covered, yeah... But I was kinda referring to other things," he said, trying to avoid actually talking about said things.

Catching Vivian's pointing direction, Rock saw where she pointed. "Ah..." Wow, that was kinda... mature." "Y-yeah, that's a swimsuit," he told her. "It's too big for you, but they should have something your size inside," he suggested, hoping this could be resolved quickly at this rate.

"Okay," she said, understanding that it simply wouldn't fit. She would just have to grow up faster! Squeezing Rock's hand, this time she was pulling him along inside, excited for their swimsuit adventures. and suddenly everything was swimsuit testing similar to Free

The circular racks inside had her excited, mostly because the colors of swimsuits tended to be incredibly vibrant. She was brimming just looking at them!

She saw a smaller set in the distance and continued to pull him along. POINT.

And Jeff never saw Free. Rock had gone swimsuit shopping before. With himself and Roll, of course. And he'd gone to find appropriate beach attire before this trip, but now? Now he was way out of his element. And as he was dragged along, his mind drifted to wondering how some of these would look on Lucca...

But he was snapped out of it when Vivian tugged on his hand again and pointed. "Whu--Oh! Yeah, that might fit you..."

"Hooray!" She grabbed like ten of them from the rack with her one hand, still holding onto Rock's with her other, and soon, oh so soon, she was walking with him toward the dressing room and into the dressing room and....

"HANG ON!" Rock declared, pulling his hand out of hers and ducking out of the changing room, slamming the door behind him and leaning against it. "I can't go in there with you!"

"Huh?" Vivian spun on her heel to be met with a door. She tilted her head, looking at the pile of swim suits draped across her arm. "Uhm, okay! I'll try and put them on."

She hoped she could do this alone, so she stripped down and worked on the first one. It was a cute white bikini meant for a girl her size, so she started to put it on.

"Okay!" She called through the door, opening it up and stepping out... her top not actually tied in the back. "Is this right?"

"Uh... Can you not reach the tie...?" he asked, hoping that was just it. He didn't know how much more of this he could take. She had to be doing this on purpose.

"Tie?" Vivian looked behind her best she could. Both her arms started to bend and squirm to grab he strings, but nothing. She smiled at him. "U-uhm, please help."

"Aheh... S-sure thing," he replied. He ushered her to turn around, and brushed her hair aside to tie up the top. "There," he said, face red. "So... What do you think?"

Spinning on her heel to turn back to him, she held out her arms in presentation. She nailed it the first time, really. Picked a cute white one that seemed to fit, though it made the plated eye on her chest stand out all the more.

"It's comfortable," she commented.

Rock doubted there'd be much that she could do about the metal plate on her chest. That said, at least she had chosen a swimsuit that did the job.

"It looks nice," he told her reassuringly.
