LOOK. UP IN THE SKY.
Who: All of Smash.
What: Dorm log!
Where: Student and Teacher dorms, and quite possibly beyond campus.
When: March 13th - April 13th. The whole month.
Warnings: YOU KNOW YOURSELVES
We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!
Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Just add a thread with the room number (and date/time, if it matters) and the characters that reside there (just for reference!). You do not have to use one character's thread as a dual-purpose for both characters if you do not want to. Doesn't have to be a dorm room, either, if you have something else in mind.
This month sees the added addition of the fallen Egg Carrier--the debris still litter the lakeside.
Thank you to Angela for the original text! Here are the school's living arrangements, for reference.

BONUS EVENT TIME!!
March 16th
Are you Irish? No? TOO BAD, you are now. Many of the bars and clubs downtown are having green-flavored festivities. Sure, they're stated to be for those of legal age, but that's never stopped people before, right?

April 1st
OH NO IT'S APRIL FOOL'S. Crazy Hand is out and about, slapping unsuspecting students and faculty with fish stickers. What? If you are unfortunate enough to fall victim to his pranking ways, you might find yourself saddled with a minor curse (hair color change, uncontrollable sneezing, anything you want, really) for as long as the sticker is on your person. The catch--try as you might, you can't remove it. Someone else will have to take it off for you, which might be a tall order if the sticker makes you say everything backwards.

March 23-25: Where did all these bikers come from? ...Daisy wanted to try too! And so with a bike from her Karting days, she went riding too. Was this some kind of party or festival? Who cares?
April 1: Oh look, Peach was back--Oh wait, no, Daisy had a fish sticker on, and it turned her hair blonde and any clothes she wore pink.
Other: She liked spending time outdoors, practicing soccer, football, anything her whims said.
no subject
It caught her by complete surprise when the form of another biker up ahead caught her eye amongst the bodies of the similar looking blokes around her. Mona's eyebrow slightly raised from underneath her eye wear. Huh. Was she seeing things? No, there was definitely a different biker up there a second ago. Where did she come from? Where did she go?
Where did you come from Cotton Eyed JoeA smirk perked up in the corner of her mouth as she revved up the engine for a burst of speed, the wind flying in her face as she sought to catch up to this mysterious biker.
no subject
But what's this? Another girl on a bike? Er, a vespa? Trying to catch up to her? Daisy didn't like to leave a challenge unanswered. She grinned and revved her bike, swerving around a corner to see how well this new challenger could handle things.
no subject
"Thinks she can leave me in the dust...ha! C'mon baby, today we ride!" Hunkering down further and a firm slap to the chrome of her ride, Mona zipped and swerved her vespa through the crowds of bikers in chase. Corners were a tricky business when it came to vespas, the machines didn't have the flexibility to hug the turns snugly. What a vespa did make up for in the lack of tight corners it made up in lightweight build. Making up for loss speed wasn't going to be an problem here.
With the corner approached, Mona angled her cycle wide to make the turn. A bit too wide for her liking, but her eyes were nevertheless back on her sighted target. Smooth sailing from here on out, and hopefully in no time the two bikes could be racing neck and neck down the roads.
no subject
She revved again, ducking through the crowd of excitebikes, as if to dare Mona to try the same.
no subject
In saying that, calling her and the Mona Cycle 'good' was like an insult and it burned the fuel to Mona's fire to beat the snot out of the woman at this race.
"Is trying to play chicken the best you've got? Really, that maneuver is soooo lame." she taunted over the roar of bikes clashing. Crowd of Excitebikes not withstanding, Mona took the dare with a full heart and plowed in after Daisy. Like some stupid Excitebikes were going to break her stride, nothing was going to slow her down.

Enough to blow the wind out of someone's sails, but clearly not Mona's. Beating a biker princess would be the highlight to her week, a story to tell for years to come. She'd beat this princess biker fair and square (with maybe a few little dirty tricks thrown in) just to get the bragging rights.
Time to get back on track and her head in the game instead of spacing out on the here and now. Shaking her head to clear her thoughts Mona pushed her cycle through the bikes to mingle with the crowds and go unnoticed. Stay incognito and catch Daisy off guard.
no subject
She kept on racing, focusing on the road ahead. She was NOT going to be caught off guard here, not with her pride on the line!
no subject
Plastered on Mona's face was the biggest grin ever, followed by a friendly salute while the Mona Cycle maintained it's wheelie. As if daring Daisy to go ahead and make the next move.
no subject
Let's see you do THAT.

March 16th
It would be weird because Mac was really, really, angry on the phone. Probably didn't even notice if Daisy was even right behind him.
"He did what???"
Re: March 16th
Re: March 16th
Mac was still yelling on the phone, not angry at the person ON the phone. Just angry in general. But finally, he did turn to look at the green glad woman at the door. He flinched a little, only because he wasn't used to seeing her in green. Not that that was bad! Daisy looked good in everything, she just always wore bright yellows and oranges, to match her bright personality. Just today was the slight softer green. Today was St. Patty's Day, so it was something he knew he had to expect.
Let's face it, he had enough of St. Patty's right now. It was all he was hearing blasting on his phone from work.
He held up a finger saying for Daisy to hold on just a moment, as he could've swore he looked like a deer in headlights. The raging fire, fire for Mac at least, left him.
"Hey, listen. I gotta go," Mac said as he heard a barrage of yells on the other line. "No no no, you can call me later. Sure he's gonna get bored and leave. Yeah yeah, I know, bud. You hadta vent, no no no. No, it's cool. Catch you later."
Click. Mac then let out a huge sigh, breathing in deeply even. Then he got a really sheepish expression.
"...Sorry."

"Oh, it's...from the WVBA. Uh, so," Mac said with a shrug.
"I've been gettin' calls from everyone at the place sayin' our old friend Ryan got so drunk today that he caused a rukus at the place. Everyone's been callin' me about it all upset. Even Macho."
From his expression, Daisy might tell that not all of those phone conversations were pleasant in more ways than one. Especially if he was on the phone with Macho.
no subject
"...That asshole who cheated during your last match?" Daisy asked. "If he's making a fool of himself, how is that YOUR problem?" she asked. "Can the WVBA not handle its own PR disasters?"
She followed that up by pulling him in for a big hug, head on his shoulder. "Well, don't worry about it. You and me are going to have a good day today, and nuts to them."
no subject
Ratings had to happen for good TV, he knew that. But at the cost of the integrity of the sport? Mac wasn't sure he was on board that 100%. He got to box though, so he decided not to really complain about it. A lot of people he did like worked there too.
Today was ridiculous though.
"Everyone hadta vent I guess. He kinda made today a livin' nightmare for a couple of the boys. You shoulda heard Disco, coulda swore he started cryin' on the phone."
Just then Daisy pulled Mac into a hug, and he stopped talking. Mac pulled her closer and hugged back, feeling better already. But then his heart dropped when he saw the time on his alarm.
"Aw...shoot, I was supposed to catch up with ya hours ago."
no subject
"Ssssh," she told him, just tightening her hug on him. "Don't worry about it! You were on... important WVBA business," Daisy said, trying hard not to laugh.
no subject
"Oh you, jeez," said Mac.
"Still though, I didn't even look at the time," Mac then followed with a little sigh. "I think I need to relieve all that stress before I go nuts, if ya ain't got things to do right now. I mean, I'm still up for doin' stuff."
no subject
And now it had.
"...Well..." she began, working up the courage to say it, "maybe I can help you there."
no subject
Or did it?
Daisy's tone softened and Mac swallowed. His brain didn't pave way completely yet but it did set off a number of alarms. It caused him to pause, putting it lightly.
His heart was beating kind of fast.
Then his brain clicked.
Wait, I think...
Oh, Mac was sure he was having a major heart attack. What to do? What could he do?? What to say, and what to say that wouldn't turn her off?? Then he remembered. Ziio.
There's no right time, you just gotta do it.
He knew what he wanted, and he wanted to show how much Daisy meant to him. Maybe it was her tone that set all of this off, or maybe he finally just wised up and figured it out. He looked at Daisy, a little softly, at least in comparison to before. All that training about admitting his true inner feelings with Ziio will not be for nothing.
"Y'know, we could do whatever you wanna do. I ain't picky."
no subject
She walked up to the door to Mac's room, and closed it quietly. Then she locked it, turning to face him again. "Well... Maybe we could... you know... 'relax' together..."
