Where: Student and Teacher dorms, and quite possibly beyond. Everything is acceptable.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's what's going down. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. So have at it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

[If Eli had any idea what Kanji was thinking, she might have ripped his head off right there. Fortunately for Kanji, she was not a Psychic type. The sigh irritated her, though, and she let him know he'd bothered her with an aggressive flash of her fangs.

But she turned her attention back to what he was saying very quickly. She listened, then nodded. From what she understood, her goal was to kill more zombies than Kanji could before she died.]

Alright. Sounds simple enough.

[It really wasn't, though.

Eli moved her character straight towards a zombie and came to a complete stop before glancing down at her controller to find the button to shoot with again. By the time she looked up and fired a shot, there were a few more zombies surrounding her character, all clawing desperately and depleting her health. Good job, Eli.]

[Kanji saw those fangs and did briefly widen his eyes in surprise. He really wasn't used to that. But he backed off after that and let her play.]

Uh, you'll get the hang of it soon.

[He tried to reassure her, but he was pretty happy that he was sailing through this game with ease compared to her. Oh yes.]

[Eli said nothing, concentrating on perfectly aiming at every zombie before she shot one. She wasn't doing particularly well, but rest assured each shot she managed to slowly carry out was a decent headshot.

She watched the screen with a serious expression, hardly pausing to blink. And, at some point, not too long after they'd just started, Eli's character ran out of health.]

Fuck!

[She gripped the controller with white knuckles and gave Kanji an expectant look. Assure her she did an alright job, or else.]

[Yeah he saw that look. He wanted to snicker, but he held back. Instead he decided to compliment her as best he could.]

Uh... not bad! I mean, you just started playing, so you did pretty good for that.
