Where: Student and Teacher dorms, and quite possibly beyond campus.
When: March 13th - April 13th. The whole month.
Warnings: YOU KNOW YOURSELVES

We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Just add a thread with the room number (and date/time, if it matters) and the characters that reside there (just for reference!). You do not have to use one character's thread as a dual-purpose for both characters if you do not want to. Doesn't have to be a dorm room, either, if you have something else in mind.

This month sees the added addition of the fallen Egg Carrier--the debris still litter the lakeside.

BONUS EVENT TIME!!

March 16th
Are you Irish? No? TOO BAD, you are now. Many of the bars and clubs downtown are having green-flavored festivities. Sure, they're stated to be for those of legal age, but that's never stopped people before, right?

March 23rd - 25th

April 1st
OH NO IT'S APRIL FOOL'S. Crazy Hand is out and about, slapping unsuspecting students and faculty with fish stickers. What? If you are unfortunate enough to fall victim to his pranking ways, you might find yourself saddled with a minor curse (hair color change, uncontrollable sneezing, anything you want, really) for as long as the sticker is on your person. The catch--try as you might, you can't remove it. Someone else will have to take it off for you, which might be a tall order if the sticker makes you say everything backwards.

A)Sonic rooms with Tails, and like the friendly woodland critter he is he's always open to visitors!

B)Or you might find him near the lake, dropping off some food for the Chao colony there or saying hi to his personal favorites.

C)(March 16th) Sonic doesn't drink, not usually. It messes with his performance, and when you can break the sound barrier it's generally not a good thing to get screw around with one's coordination. He's always up for a good time, however, and might be taken into the city if friends coerce him. He's... also plastered his shoes in green duct-tape. I guess that's one way to dress for the holiday.

D)(March 23rd-25th) ALLRIGHT! Now THIS is fun! You bet he's playing the daredevil against the trampling waves of Excitebikes. He's getting more brazen in his maneuvers by the day, racing them, leaping over laminar streams of tiny bikelike things moving en masse, and ducking under the waves of BBBBBBBB as it vaults over rocks and other speedbumps.

E)WILDCARD. Sonic's everywhere, really. Just say you've run into him somewhere (possibly literally.)

Look at that, a speedy blue thing playing chicken with Excitebikes. Well, two could play at that game. And as the blue blur ducked and leaped over the waves of migrating riders, a yellow blur zipped by too, eager to show him up.

WHOA, who's that? He's pretty fast! Forget the bikes, this is a race now! Sonic gets some distance from the migratory wave and hits the proverbial gas, the dull thud of a shockwave emanating from him as they both speed across campus.

Would you say that... YOU'RE TOO SLOW?

Okay, so Jolt couldn't break the sound barrier, but he was still a speedy sumbitch. Sonic was definitely faster, so Jolt had to whip out a few tricks of his own to keep up. Using his small size and agility, he leaped into trees to take shortcuts, rebound off of corners, anything to keep the hedgehog in sight.

Sonic flirts with the sound barrier for a second and then slows up until sound can make it to his ears again. Leaving him in the dust is one thing, but he wants to get to know this guy... Fields and forest are already miles behind, and he augers onto a sparsely-populated highway to use as a makeshift track. He gives the electro-fox thing a grin over his shoulder. So now what, buddy?

What now?

Now it was time to start spamming QUICK ATTACK to close the gap! He flashed Sonic a challenging look. Despite how fast Sonic was, Jolt was still eager to push himself to the limit.

E - Sonic introduces Blaze to his juicy chili dog

He'd talked about it before, boasted about how great it was. Said she'd love it, and that he'd be happy to show her some time. Well, that time was now. It was just them, alone in the kitchen. Sonic was ready to share his experience with the purple princess.

He was gonna cook her some chili dogs from his own special recipe.

Of course that was it. What were YOU thinking it meant?

"Oh man, Blaze... Once you taste this, you're never goin' back."

The stove is only a little shorter than he is, but that doesn't stop him from setting a large pot into it.

"See, the secret is that it's aaaaaall about the chili. Now normally I don't use a pot this small, but we wanna eat sometime tonight. First step is to get those veggies chopped up. Toss 'em to me and I'll do that."

He says this while climbing onto the counter.

"So you're the fastest hedgehog in the world, you save the world regularly, and you can cook. Is there anything you can't do?" Blaze asked, picking up the veggies in the basket next to her and lobbing them to him one at a time to watch him cut.

"Are there always so many ingredients in chili?" she asked, having never cooked it herself.

"Yeah, just don't ask me to do math homework."

He's a speedy little chef, grabbing each carrot and onion and taking dicing it up in a blur of motion, until there's a colorful pile of veg next to him. All this, he scoops up and dumps into the pot. A little oil, a little fire...

"Heh, we haven't even gotten to the spices yet! Y'see that jar in the bag? Those're the spices we're gonna use. Last count, there was about ten different kinds in there. G'wan, smell it!"

It's... a large jar, and a very colorful powder inside.

"I sense a study date in our near future then," she teased with a small laugh.

At his direction, she picked up the big jar from the bag he had brought. That was a lot of spice... She opened it up and took a sniff.

"Wow. That's... strong. What's in this stuff?" she asked, bringing the jar to the counter for him.

"Smells good, doesn't it?" He chimes in, gathering the jar from her and turning on the fire.

"Sorry, can't actually tell ya everything that's inside. Secret family recipe. I CAN tell you that it's got every kind of pepper I can think of."

Strong was the word she would use. But she trusted him. "Fair enough. I'm looking forward to tasting it. You continue to surprise me, you know. Cooking skill, and now secret family recipes..."

She couldn't wait for him to feed her his spicy sausage.

"What can I say? I like surprising people."

He hops down and rummages through the bag, picking out something hefty that's wrapped in butcher paper.

"How about you, Blaze? Any secret skills that I don't know about?"

"...There's a few," she said finally, arms crossed behind herself. "I can fence. I don't know if you knew that. And... Well..." She looked up at him. "Promise me you won't laugh."
