Characters: Snake, his students. What: Tactical Stealth class Where: Starting right outside of one of the main school buildings, ending in the stadium. When: Afternoon. Forward dated to Monday, June 15th, I guess. Rating: PG-13 for possible swearing? Alright, kids. A new year, some new activities. Let's get started. Today, we'll be practicing direct confrontation, emphasis on the stealth required to get close enough. In situations where a sniper isn't available to you, or was never an option, you need to come upon the enemy without making yourself known. There are a few robots far spread out from each other, out in the stadium. You can assassinate all three of them if you feel ambitious, but only one of them is all the activity requires. Of course, the journey there is riddled with items that will either make your presence obvious, if close enough to a target, or "harm" you. ( Read more... )You'll all each be getting a plastic knife and a laser gun, if you successfully sneak up on your target, you may choose one of these weapons to take it out with. Good luck. Come to me with any questions. - Tags:!class log, # tactical stealth, bob heather/arceus (pokemon), colin (advance wars), kirby (kirby), lash (advance wars), max (advance wars), midna (zelda; twilight princess), raiden (metal gear), ribbon (kibry), snake (metal gear), sonic (sonic the hedgehog)

((Taking a cue from Kat and backdating a class log OMG WOW to Thursday. Also this is after Biomech class, so he's heard about the massive group ogle and is not thrilled, thank you very much)) Good afternoon. Today we're going to try things a little differently, ok? *Kills the lights, but flicks on a spotlight outside of the room, and at the end of the hall on the floor.* We'll be playing a game of capture the flag today. To make it interesting, I've created something of an obstacle course on the way. Thanks to a little help from Otacon a teacher's aide, at random and certain points along the hall, there will be guard robots and armed, walking, mechanical guards. Their guns fire lasers, so... *Pulls out a vest, looking suspiciously like one would find in a laser tag place.* If you get hit, you have to start all over again. Don't pretend like it missed, either, these vests make a shitload of noise, and I'll be able to tell. The tools you have at your disposal are few. Only enough to hide yourself if you decide to take advantage of the situation. (Which is kind of the point.) ( Read more... )All of this, in addition to the entire hallway being completely dark, save for the light at the end of the hall, as it were, is going to require you to move slowly through the exercise, don't rush things. And if you have to start again, it's OK, just come back to the beginning. So, good luck. Any questions, don't be afraid to ask. *Lights up a cigarette, and leans on the wall outside of his classroom.* Edit: THE FLAG IS IN MOTION. STUDENTS MUST NOW ATTEMPT TO TAKE IT FROM EACH OTHER, AND REACH THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE AGAIN

Hey kids, I've been out for a few days, but it was nothing but a cold. Did you miss me? Uh. Anyways, welcome back to Tactical Stealth. I like this class because it's more intimate than my World Cultures class, less people and all. Hm. I wanted to recognize Espio for his expert execution of our last exercise. You get an A. Be grateful, I only give those out once and a while. Also, I also wanted to let you know we won't be including explosive practice in the class for a while, as my disarmed grenades were snatched from my classroom not too long ago. I still haven't found the little rats that did it but. Where was I. Oh yeah, today's activity. For today, I had to throw together something kind of fast, as I've been in bed and haven't had a chance to put anything together. This is a Cypher, a bot used for keeping an eye from the sky. Without a grenade to scramble the circuits, it can be a tricky thing to get past. Since none of you have grenades, I think, you'll all have to make due. I'll set up this robot to flutter around the middle of the hall and you can do anything and everything you want to get past it without it spotting you. It'll shoot if it does, so be careful. Remember, this is STEALTH. The only solution I won't accept it the destruction of the robot! It cost a lot of money!- Tags:!class log, # tactical stealth, espio (sonic the hedgehog), falco lombardi (star fox), goombario (mario), goombella (mario), lucas (mother), prince peasley (mario), roger everyteen (animal crossing), samus aran (metroid), snake (metal gear), tails (sonic the hedgehog), vulpix (pokemon)

Hello and good morning to all students that don't know me, I'm the "new guy" here. Mr. Snake. My class other than this is World Cultures, which I honestly feel goes hand in hand with this, considering all the places the masters of stealth must travel to.
Now, I realize for you to fully take this class seriously, I have to tell you a few things about myself. Know that this is an incredibly rare situation for me, which leads me to another point about stealth. You NEVER reveal information about yourself. Any of you "heroes" ever wonder why your respective foes always creates some "ultimate weapon", some destructive device, that in addition to serving it's purpose, it has a feature to make it "invulnerable" to one and one person alone-you? It's because they KNOW you. If you don't try to hide your identity, your personality, your life is like an open book, your whole WORLD is... Uh. I think I just got off point.
Where was I? Oh yeah, personal stuff. Ok, so about me. I'll have you know that I, myself, am a master at what I teach. I've used every device they could throw at me to help me blend into my surroundings. Once and a while (or actually quite often), I've even had to make the best out of devices in the field. Like a box. In using these items more and more, you learn to mold their uses to your needs at that moment. Like living in that box. I have personally devoted most of my life to fighting to destroy certain destructive forces, and I'll admit, it's not easy. Not only the obvious physical strain, but the additional emotional strain that might come in certain situations. There have been times where I became completely numb to the lives I may have had to take. Was I doing it for the purpose, or was I doing it for myself? The most important thing to remember when you're out there is to keep your head above water. Don't think about things like that too much. It's distracting, and if you're anything less than the best, it's over. So in this course, you'll be learning how to execute certain techniques, and (hopefully) become mentally strong enough to keep your wits about you no matter what's going on around you. Now, since I'm new, I would appreciate if everyone would introduce themselves a bit. I would love to know one thing, from each of you, that makes you lose control of your emotions. We'll work on changing that later in this class.
