[Open] No, I'm serious, this really isn't Paris you guys.
Who: Elizabeth and Yooouuuu.
What: Falling out of the sky. Getting culture shocked. That sort of thing.
When: Sure why not the 21st. Can easily extend into the next few days, too :>
Where: School all over.
Warnings: N….o…
Earlier in the day, if you were paying attention you might have seen something drop out of the low cruising clouds. Did you? Maybe. Probably not. Was that a scream in the distance? No? Yeah, no.
(Except the answers were actually yes. Oops.)
Later though, one might notice a young lady that was not previously on campus before. If she was lost she was certainly not showing any signs of being bothered by it, running around and marvelling at…
… Everything. She was marvelling at everything. Even that leaf. Even that tree branch. Look at that lake. Look at that building. Look at that sky.
Look at you. Definitely you.
"Hello!"

"Science and engineering, mostly. I'm an inventor and roboticist, and this place offers a treasure-trove of robotics technology that no other place can match!"

"NO," yelled Bret from the meta universe, "IT IS TOO SOON TO FALL ON MY ASS ON ACCOUNT OF SCIENCE."But no it was never too soon it was time right now.
The title of the book got her raising her brows, but the words were what actually got Elizabeth's attention. Well, that was something! Meeting an actual inventor was incredibly exciting, even if she did not entirely follow what was being said.
"That's fascinating! Are you perhaps looking into exploring the aspects of time through your work?" She asked, nodding slightly to the book. "With your... robo..tics...?" Funny, it was if she had never heard that word before in her life.
(She hadn't.)

She fidgets with her glasses. "'S how I got here, too! Well... not on purpose, exactly, I just wanted to see what would happen if I maximized the power output, but it turned out to be a repeatable function!"

"... A tear?" Elizabeth stared at the other girl, fascinated and a bit thrilled at the prospect of someone similar. "You open tears in the fabric of time, then?"
