[HOT SPRINGS TRIP] - SUNDAY HOTEL

Much like Saturday night, this log is where you'll be posting your hotel room threads, and exploring around the hotel. This includes the main lobby, the dining lounge [which has a bar], the hallways and the courtyard. All your hotel rooms and the main lobby have little laptops with computer access, if your characters want to update their journals for whatever reason. :3

FOREWARNING: I'M GOING TO HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT IF YOU HAVE UNFINISHED BUSINESS TO COMPLETE SATURDAY NIGHT, THAT YOU IGNORE THIS LOG'S EXISTENCE AND COMPLETE IT BEFORE JUMPING IN HERE. THIS LOG IS GOING TO GET BACKDATED NO MATTER WHAT, IT WILL NOT BE COMPLETED TONIGHT. IT'S NOT GOING ANYWHERE AND WE CAN WAIT FOR YOU. <3

OR IF YOU'RE COOL WITH DROPPING WHATEVER ACTIVIES YOU WERE DOING, ASSUMING THINGS WERE ALL WELL AND MOVING ON, THAT'S ALRIGHT. Just, mightmaybe be a good idea to talk with whomever your character might of been interacting with if it's possible, in case they wanted to do something special with you.

OR, IF YOU THINK YOU CAN HANDLE DOUBLE-DAY POSTING, THAT'S FINE TOO. JUST TRY NOT TO GET CONFUSED, BECAUSE I SURE AS HELL WOULD.

Same rules in this log as before--post new comments with appropriate labels for your hotel rooms, main lobby, ect... and reply to them accordingly.

If it's not too much trouble, linking to threads when you thread hop [or tegaki log] helps lessen the confusion! X)

We'll be checking out of the hotel Monday morning, so have your characters stay up late again when they're done playing in the springs, if you like! Have fun!

Luigi figured maybe it was best just to let Falcon sit over there and pout, and he briefly felt very sympathetic to Falcon's parents who had to take care of a little Falcon for more than just a night.

Instead, he turned his attention solely to Olimar, smiling kindly and rubbing the back of his head, chuckling apologetically, "Sorry, Professor, I-a didn't mean to upset you." He figured the best way to make him feel less upset was to get him to talk about Pikmin, "Heya, Professor, I-a had a question. I-a noticed when Mario watches his movies with lotsa explosions, Stanley gets REALLY excited." He threw his arms in the air and did a silly dance like Stanley was prone to do at these times, "All-a like this! Do you-a know why?"

Ollie gave a big grin heavily amused by Luigi's ridiculous dance, "Well it may not always be a universal trait" He started off, "Yellow Pikmin can be rather interested in explosives as they can naturally carry bomb rocks in areas they often are inhabitant in."

Good, he was smiling, at least Luigi was keeping one teacher happy. "I-a see," he mused, hand to moustache, "I-a guess I have to keep Stanley away from explosives. Last thing I-a need is for him to come wandering back into the dorm holding a bomb-omb!" he laughed.

If there was a THIRD thing DJ did not enjoy (besides being called Douglas and getting flicked in the head, of course), it was being ignored. He sat on the bed and sulked, watching the exchange between Luigi and Ollie and feeling increasingly jealous.

"I'm bored." He said testily. No response. They were talking nerd stuff. And frankly, DJ was tired of it.

"Can we go do something?" He whined, a little louder this time, standing up and making his way to the other boys. When Luigi failed to notice him, he got the student's attention the best way he knew how--by delivering another kick (not quite as hard as the first one) to the back of his leg.

When was Luigi gonna learn to pay attention to where Falcon's foot was at all times?

He cried out again at this kick, not so much pain as surprise and ire, and spun around exclaiming in disbelief, "What is-a with you and kicking?!" He rubbed the back of his leg with one hand, and jammed a stern finger in front of Falcon's nose, "If-a you kick me one more time..."

DJ glared up at Luigi.

And kicked him one more time.

He should have expect that, but . . .

That last kick did him in, the irritation built up and he wanted to do something, anything, to Falcon, make him knock it off, something bad.

He grabbed Falcon, pushed him unceremoniously to the floor and . . .

Sat on him.

"I warned you!" he smirked down at him, though Falcon couldn't see it from his position, he sat harder against his struggling, "Having fun NOW?"

((OOC: Pffffffffft real BAD of you, Gigi, sitting on a small child, you failure of a darker side.))

"ACK!! HEY!" He cried, half in anger and half in surprise at the way Luigi had abruptly manhandled him.

Suddenly finding himself on the floor with the student sitting on top of him, DJ unsuccessfully tried to struggle against the weight. He kicked and squirmed and tried to throw Luigi off but only found himself being pushed more firmly into the floor.

"Get...OFFA ME!" He yelled, trying to get up on all fours but Luigi would have none of it and DJ fell back down. "Ollieeeee! Tell him to get offf!!"

"Please stop it you two!" Ollie broke in upon his request as he didn't want either fighting.

Ollie put down Stanley on the bed, he tried to tug on Luigi to at least get his attention to get off of DJ. No use, he didn't seem to notice or care.

Sighing the boy watched helplessly as DJ struggled with the disgruntled Mario Brother.

Luigi blinked and sense suddenly returned to him like a hammer to the head. He suddenly realised he was doing something possibly not kosher when dealing with children, but at the same time, he technically was an adult right?

He came to a compromise and lightened the weight he was putting on DJ's back, but was finally smart enough to know if he got off him his shins were in for a beating. He finally looked at Olimar who was watching with a very troubled look on his face, and he smiled in hopefully a reassuring way suggesting he hadn't just done something he normally wouldn't. "I'll-a get up if 'DJ' is ready to stop KICKING me in the SHINS."

"Hrrrrgh!" DJ grunted, still trying to push Luigi off him, with no success.

"Get off me FIRST!" But of course, his howls and cries did nothing. "Luiiiigiiiii!"

It was at that moment he realized he needed to make an escape. But how? Luigi obviously wasn't going to budge and...

"OLLIE! TELL HIM TO GET OFF!" He yelled, still squirming underneath the younger Mario brother. "STOP BEING STUPID AND DO SOMETHING!"

"D-don't yell at me! I'm not doing anything wrong!" Ollie whined back defensively. "I don't think I can do anything..."

Luigi's heart broke at Olimar's words (oh, how often Luigi had thought that!), and snapped down at DJ, "Don't-a yell at the professor or I'll-a never get off you."

"Just stop it the both of you!" Ollie again tried helping Luigi get off of DJ. His face was getting red with frustration, being a child made it harder to control his emotions.

"NGGGH!!"

It wasn't an option now. DJ needed to get out, and he needed to get out now.

And he did NOT appreciate Ollie halfheartedly trying to help, paying more attention to Stanley than to the age-regressed racer currently being sat on. In a word, he was pissed.

So with an incredible burst of strength, DJ suddenly managed to buck forward onto his knees, temporarily throwing Luigi off balance--and right into Ollie.

"AAAH-!!!" He didn't see THAT coming. Trying to push away quickly he looked over at DJ. "What was THAT for!? I was TRYING to help!" How could he do that to him? He was clearly upset and all he did was make it worse in his eyes! He pouted childishly...and started to turn on the waterworks...Whether if it was on purpose or for attention was uncertain or possibly both.

Luigi was amazed DJ had managed to do what he did, Luigi certainly wasn't the heavier of the two Mario brothers, but he wasn't that light, either ~~(( from too mucha spaghetti))~~. He luckily wasn't thrown off the hard, so he didn't crash into Olimar or Stanley as hard as DJ possibly wanted him to, but it still resulted in a confused mess that DJ took advantage of by leaping back up to his feet.

Now Luigi was torn between telling Falcon off or trying to get Olimar to stop crying. He decided on the latter, going, "Shh, shh, it's-a okee, see I'm-a not sitting on him anymore!"

...And that was his opening. He debated for a moment whether to leave Ollie there or just press on by himself. On the one hand...Ollie was crying and he didn't want to just leave him like that. But on the other...

Well he had to admit it was a perfect distraction.

The choice was obvious, and when Luigi decided to comfort the other teacher as opposed to continuing his scolding, DJ turned on his heel and ran out the door as fast as he possibly could.

Luigi heard the door open and slam close, and he looked behind him, surprised to find Falcon gone.

He groaned. Some protector he was. Well, Falcon could probably take care of himself, he still was partially adult in his mind, right? Hopefully. As long as he didn't tick off any other adults that would do more than just sit on him.

He thought briefly of going after him, but instead turned back to Olimar, who was wiping tears from his face. "It's-a okay," he reassured again, giving a broad smile.

Ollie looked up, Luigi's smile encouraged him. "Sorry about that...."

"W-where did DJ go?..."

"It's-a okay!" Luigi soothed, "Nothing wrong with-a crying." He whispered secretively, "Don't-a tell anyone but I-a used to cry, too."

About Falcon . . . "I-a think DJ went to cool off, we-a should let him be alone for now."
