Warnings: I wrote 'hijinks'. That should explain everything.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's what's going down. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment, but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Anything and everything is possible. Slumber party in the common room! Build a wall outside your best or worst friend's room from whatever garbage you find lying around to prevent them from escaping the confines of their dorm! Gather around the TV for some late night movie action! Kidnap a princess or two! Break down some unfortunate walls! Whatever you want. It can all be yours if you make a thread. So have at it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

[Majima took another long drag of his cigarette.]

Sorrrry babe, but it don't work that way. Ya brought someone here who ain't from our world.

[He leaned in close, voice hushed down into a dangerous whisper.] Sayin' you'll fuck me up is one thing. But until you can smear me like a meaty paste across this rrring, ya won't have what it takes, 'cause I ain't beat by anything less.

[Allowing a pause in his words for Eli to imagine herself brutalizing the life from someone with her bare, blood-covered fists, he added;]

Has she ever seen you hate beforrre?

[The idea got her heart pounding. She wasn't a stranger to killing things- Arboks weren't exactly herbivores- and she'd certainly thought about going that far with a human before. Something about the idea Majima presented her with, though, made her blood rush curiously hot.

The way he brought her back to reality caused her face to flush. She debated just punching him. But she didn't want Vianca to see that side of her. Yet. She wanted Vianca to see how strong she was, not how ugly and violent she could be.]

Forget it. Another time.

[A-ha. A smile returned Majima's lips at the unspoken validation - but this time, it was neither smug nor wild. There was something somber about it, and tired. For a split second, he might have actually looked old.

The so-called mad dog leaned back out, and casually brought the cigarette back to his lips.]

That's what I thought.

Ya got a lot to learn, girlie.

[After a few seconds of very intense staring, Eli looked away. It was infuriating to her that Majima was embarrassing her in front of Vianca. She shot the Pikmin a soft, apologetic look before stepping backwards away from Majima.

Hopefully a little training would help her blow off some steam. She beckoned for one of the mingling men. And the proceeded to fight with whoever stepped forward first. Yep.]

[The book was left almost forgotten on the table that was clearly designed for everyone but someone with childlike proportions in mind. Vianca paid more attention to the odd duo with their play of two faces. While both were interesting in their own right, Vianca was drawn more towards Eli. The way she hissed one moment, but sent a gentle look in Vianca's direction the next. It was entirely different from the other face Majima wore. His was deliberate, as far as Vianca could tell. Controlled. Not as interesting to watch at the moment as the pulse of Eli's emotions.

She sat very small behind the table, watching the man that Eli was fighitng go down. It felt like it was important to watch, as if this was one of the puzzle pieces that would help her finish the puzzle that was the Arbok.]

[Majima stepped out of the ring, smirk still on his lips. He gave a glance towards Vianca, towards her neglected book. And then he casually began to walk towards the exit.

But, before he left, he had one more observation for Eli. And this time, he allowed himself to be smug about it.]

She can do whatever she wants, eh? Looks like she's been watching ya this whole time...

[hissyfit]

[She didn't waste any time attacking whoever stepped into the ring first. In an attempt to take her fury on them, she punched and clawed furiously at her opponent. He hit the floor shortly before Majima made his final comment.

She gave Vianca a quick glance before sending Majima an infuriated glare, and an angry hiss for a goodbye.]

I'll talk to you later.

[With that, Majima exited stage right, leaving Eli to her training and Vianca to her silence.

But as soon as he was out of sight and sound, he very quickly sent some of his men out on a little errand. A fetch quest, if you will. The cobra was in need of education, a sort that he couldn't provide himself. But he had some DVDs in mind that could possibly enlighten her.

Hee hee hee.]

[vianca]

[And Vianca just sat there and continued to watch, intrigued by how one thing led to another. Social dances were fascinating. She toyed with her book, contemplating actually opening it again. Considered what Eli was here to do. She opened the book, but continued to watch more than read, even while Majima was gone.]

[Every once and a while, Eli would sneak a glance at Vianca in between punches or dudes. Catching Vianca watching was undeniably thrilling. She was conscious of her moves, but fought just as well as she usually did. Not better, unfortunately. But well enough to show off in front of the Pikmin.]

[Considering Vianca had never watched the snake fight anyone in any sort of capacity before, it certainly seemed like Eli was doing well. Showing off was potentially a success, though probably not in the way that Eli had intended. She had paid less attention to how many men had rolled off in favor of the fluidity of Eli's movements.

Before she knew it, men had stopped filing into the ring. Vianca supposed that round of training was over. She had read all of one page while she had sat there.]

[Eli was exhausted by the time she was done. Only a little bloody, but physically exhausted. She bent down to rest her palms on her knees in order to catch her breath.

She resisted the urge to call out to Vianca, asking for some sort of validation that she did a good job. When she made her way back to where Vianca was seated, she caught a glimpse of the page she was still turned to. She figured that had to count for something.]

I'm finished.

[vianca]

[A little bloody was bloody enough for a nurse's assistant. Vianca looked up at her, giving her a slight nod. Yes, there you were. You were done. Hopefully just that one page would be enough for the snake for the moment.

Then she stood up, motioning for Eli to take a seat as the pikmin reached her hands into her small book bag. Out came a fresh, clean cloth in her grasp.]

[Eli watched to see what Vianca was reaching for before she sat down. She faced the Pikmin but didn't look at her this time. She held her head up and looked at the lights as if she had a bone to pick with them.]

I didn't know he would be here. I'm sorry if he bothered you.

[The snake wasn't usually one for apologies, but she couldn't shake the embarrassment.]

[vianca]

[Vianca paused for a moment, considering quietly. The location, the men that had appeared, the handling of a cigarette. It was as if she had been sitting in the middle of the words in a book.]

... I didn't mind.

[She moved to stand in front of the taller girl, reaching forward very gently to wipe away some of the blood on Eli's person.]

[hissyfit]

Hm.

[With that confirmation, Eli finished her staring contest with the ceiling and settled on watching Vianca's face. Her expression was unreadable as usual.]

So it was alright?

[vianca]

[The pikmin nodded, raising the cloth to wipe the red splotch on Eli's cheek. It was all right.]

[hissyfit]

[Eli hardly moves her face at all as she let's Vianca tidy it up for her. With Vianca's nod, the Arbok sighs.]

Then I'm glad you came.

[vianca]

[Vianca paused, her hand lingering near Eli's face as she gave her a questioning sort of look.]

Why?

[hissyfit]

[Eli's turn to hesitate before answering. Quietly.]

I like having you around.

[vianca]

[She pulled her hand back, stunned into a quieter silence at the words. As far as she could remember, no one had ever said that out loud to her. It was something new, and Vianca realized that she thought she liked it. It brought a sheer veil of pink to her cheeks. She gave another little nod and quickly turned to put the towel out of sight.]

[hissyfit]

[She was unsure of what to make of Vianca's reaction at first. Until she blushed, Eli figured she'd made her feel awkward. Maybe she had, but the sudden flush of pink in her face made the snake smile to herself.

She sits up straighter as Vianca finishes up with the cloth.]

[vianca]

[Yes. Awkward and confused and unsure of what it all meant.

She shook her head slightly at the thanks. Don't mention it, she was just following the motions. She frowned minutely into her bag, looking back at Eli and studying every bit of her for any sign of other injury. Any cuts, any bruising... it was a very thorough eye examination.]

[Vianca had taken care of any blood on her face. Any bruises were hidden under her clothes. Eli stared back at Vianca with a certain intensity and waited for any cue from her before saying or doing anything else.]

[vianca]

[Finding nothing else that she could immediately take care of, Vianca flicked her eyes to catch Eli's, matching her intensity. It was about as much as a cue for anything as Eli was going to get from her.]
