As a quiet Sunday morning dawned on the school's campus, one could perhaps...feel it in the air. A creeping chill, a silent, barely-detectable indication that yes. Today would be the day.

Today, it would snow.

Unlike Nabooru, Daroach was not fond of the heat of summer, and he appreciated the snowfall. After all, mice had natural fur coats.

He floated about the grounds, occasionally using the Tri-Star Cane to melt particularly large snowbanks. Those could be dangerous to others.

Care to approach him?

And then Skull Kid pelted Daroach with a snowball and ran away giggling. TAKE THAT, GROOVE.

And then there was a certain pink ball wandering around the place as well. He was looking for a perfect place to make a snow angel...

And then one of the large snowbanks that Daroach had melted slid and fell over onto Kirby.

"P-poyo!"

Oh, Daroach knew that squeaky voice. He looked about, not having seen the source.

"Kirby? Are you nearby?"

Kirby, on the other hand, couldn't exactly tell who was calling out for him, for he was completely buried in snow.

"Pmmm...pmmf!" A stub popped out from the top of the snow.

A claw scooped the puffball out of the snow, and Daroach examined him. "Ought to be more careful, kiddo." Because that totally wasn't Daroach's fault, no way.

pretty much. I've never made a decent-sized snowman, that's for sure

And the puffball was out of the snow! He gave a shiver as he hung off of the treasure hunter's claws.

"P-poyoyo..." He said with a slightly chattering voice. "I didn't think a big clump of snow would fall poyoyo..."

And then Skull Kid ran back and pelted Daroach with ANOTHER snowball just for good measure OH WHAT NOW
