The snow is almost enough to take N away from his worries. Almost.

Ever since Mac had been landed in the hospital, his mind has been flip-flopping about with fear. He looked terrible when he saw him. What if he couldn't recover? What if the man came after him again? What if the man... went after someone else? What if? What if?

All of that 'what if' erase themselves from his mind once he sees the snowfall. Childishly giddy all of a sudden, he immediately plants himself under a tree and begins to make a snowman.

And then Skull Kid pelted N with a snowball and ran away giggling.

Silver had close to little experience with snow, if any at all. It would be a lie if he had said that he had seen snow in person before. So he was flying around the city with great curiosity when he woke up to find the world covered with snow. He noticed a familiar green-headed person under a tree and decided to stop by for a chat.

"What are you making?" He asked as he floated down to land onto the cold snow. His fur, if it did anything, made the cold more bearable for the silver hedgehog...

N looked up from his progress, which was honestly not much more than a massive snowball with a piece of rubble in the center. Did he not know what a snowman was? Didn't everyone know that, though? He could have always been mistaken about that.

"I am making a snowman," he informed him. "It is a man made out of three large snowballs and decorations. It is very simple!"

"A snowman..." Silver slowly replied. No, he didn't exactly know what a snow man was. As he listened to the explanation, he looked over at the large snowball that the other had already made. So there were going to be two more made...

"Why are you making it?" He asked, not exactly knowing the reason behind this winter fun-time activity.

"As a child," N began, "during the winter time, I would always build snowmen. I hardly had much else to pass the time when the sunlight outdoors made it surprisingly warmer than indoors." Especially when his castle home was practically underground at the time.

He started to work on the second snowball in his hands. Start small, get big. That's just how it works. "It is surprisingly fun. Would you like to join me?" He rolled the snowball into the ground, picking up more and more snow along the way.

Silver gave a lost look at the other for a moment before giving a slightly unsure frown.

"If you don't mind..." He said, "I'm curious of how to make one."

"I will help you through it," N offered. He pushed aside the unfinished snowball, offering it to him. "Roll this in the snow until it is just slightly smaller than the one I've already made. We must then place it on top and make a third, even smaller snowball. This will finish the snowman's body and head."

There was a small pile of sticks, lightweight pebbles, and a scarf right next to him. These would be used after the body of the snowman was composed.

"Roll it up..." He repeated after N as he accepted the snowball. "That doesn't sound too hard."

Then he started rolling the snow ball across the snow. It was actually pretty fun rolling this around! He watched in fascination as the tiny snowball started to grow, and no sooner than later, he was having a little too much fun (http://youtu.be/ezaXS-d1xFE) rolling the snow ball around.

Wow, Silver really was having fun with that. Like, a lot of fun. Maybe... too much fun? Oh. Uh. Welp.

"Okay, I think that is enough? Er, no, no, that is much too large... Silver?"

N just kind of stared in astonishment. That snowball was getting MASSIVE. He was honestly impressed.
