What: BLIND DATES!
Who: Anyone who was sent a note with C table numbers.
Where: Off-campus restaurant. AND BEYOND!
When: September 30th
Warnings: Who knows depending who is here.

[The third group's restaurant is a rotating fancy restaurant, the tallest in all of FDC! The place is high up in the air, and you can see all of the city from above! It slowly moves around itself so you can see the city from 360 degrees.The menu has all sorts of things. Still expensive, however, but you've been given a 100$ budget for eating each!

The lighting is dim, with flickering, oil candles on every table. The place is decorated in stylish black and browns, with reddish lanterns hanged on top. The overhead music is half traditional Italian love songs, half that band you don't remember the name of and sometimes a little song sneaks in. Your servers are all dressed up for the occasion, and speak broken English and talk-like-a-dis despite the menu not being 100% Italian.

Beside each candle, there's a card. Each card has a different letter-number combination.

Find your table!

OH YEAH AND FEEL FREE TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!.

..well once you've actually talked with your date anyway. If you try to leave before that, they will try to stop you.]

Once Luigi had made his order request, Voile carefully took his menu, placed it atop hers, and handed it off to their waiter. The waiter was a fairly gracious one and to the point. He took their menus and assured them it wouldn't be a long wait. After he had gone, the Gardevoir turned her attention back onto her companion and laughed a bit weakly.

"I had a hard time finding anything that really sounded good. It's such a nice restaurant, but I have a difficult time eating meat sometimes. Something about a once living thing. But then pumpkins were once living, too. I don't know why, but I don't get the same feeling from eating fruits and vegetables as I do from eating beef and chicken."

And there she went. Rambling.

In Luigi's opinion, rambling was much better than awkward silence.

"I... I never really thought about it that way... But- But I guess they are living," he said with surprise. Did that mean that he should feel bad about eating not only meat, but fruits and vegetables? But if it wasn't right to eat those things, what was there to eat?! Would there soon be a new future in the eventual popularity of non-living foods?!

...Or maybe it wasn't best to think about it too much. They had both ordered the pumpkin soup already, and it would be pretty hard to avoid eating fruits and vegetables! Not only that, but Luigi was pretty sure he read somewhere that one could get diseases from not eating fruits or vegetables.

It was odd to feel how his feelings changed in a matter of moments. She smiled reassuringly and shook her head. "I wouldn't worry about it. People grow plants intentionally for us to eat. It's not as though you're going out into the wilderness and picking acres and acres of plants and then wasting them."

Voile leaned back and she cast a look out the window before returning her gaze onto Luigi. "The same goes for meat too, of course. I always think animals have a different level of sentience than plants do. But that's really based on perspective. You should eat what it is you like to eat. And don't let anyone tell you that you shouldn't."

Then there was a pause, "As long as you're not eating people, I mean."
