Blind Dates C Tables

What: BLIND DATES!
Who: Anyone who was sent a note with C table numbers.
Where: Off-campus restaurant. AND BEYOND!
When: September 30th
Warnings: Who knows depending who is here.

[The third group's restaurant is a rotating fancy restaurant, the tallest in all of FDC! The place is high up in the air, and you can see all of the city from above! It slowly moves around itself so you can see the city from 360 degrees.The menu has all sorts of things. Still expensive, however, but you've been given a 100$ budget for eating each!

The lighting is dim, with flickering, oil candles on every table. The place is decorated in stylish black and browns, with reddish lanterns hanged on top. The overhead music is half traditional Italian love songs, half that band you don't remember the name of and sometimes a little song sneaks in. Your servers are all dressed up for the occasion, and speak broken English and talk-like-a-dis despite the menu not being 100% Italian.

Beside each candle, there's a card. Each card has a different letter-number combination.

Find your table!

OH YEAH AND FEEL FREE TO LEAVE THE RESTAURANT AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE!.

..well once you've actually talked with your date anyway. If you try to leave before that, they will try to stop you.]

Zelda was dressed...slightly more than casual, but then again, she always was. And, of course, she'd signed herself up willingly for these dates, having enjoyed herself the last time. Who was to say another run wouldn't yield similarly pleasant results?

Okay, so it was a crapshoot, but a crapshoot she felt good about.

And she only felt better when she saw who was at her table. Of course, Mac was spoken for, but if anything it would be a pleasant conversation (for one of her friends, no less).

Oh! Miss Zelda! A friend of Daisy!

Suddenly, the chance of this being a nice time was upped a ton. Zelda was nice, Mac didn't know her too well but Daisy sure did. And a friend of Daisy was automatically a cool person to Mac. Mac smiled at her.

"Miss Zelda, hello! Good evenin'. Y'here for the blind dates?"

She nodded enthusiastically, taking her seat and folding her hands daintily on the table.

"I am indeed. How are you tonight, Mac?"

"Pretty good. It's a nice night and this place ain't too bad. Still a bit too fancy for me but hey..."

Waiter came by then. Mac then ordered two iced teas. Yup, treating the "date" like a good boy. Right?

Ah, it seemed Mac knew how to conduct himself when out with a lady, even if the "date" was strictly platonic. Zelda smiled demurely and paged through the menu.

"I agree it's a big over-the-top," she said, "but it is fun, isn't it. I had such a lovely time the last round, I had to do it again."
