BOOK EXPLOSION!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Who: EVA and you.
What: Library log.
Where: ...the library.
When: September 5th to October 3rd, 8AM-5PM. Closed on Sundays.
Warnings: So many books.
[The library is a mega huge, brick building somewhere on campus. 3 floors of SO MANY BOOKS!
• If you would be so kind, please put the date and the time and/or time of day in the subject or an OOC note at the top or bottom of your comment.
Keep in mind your librarian is a super creepy Patriot spy, but she can't be in two places at once; please check the other logs before picking a time/date.
• The library opens at 8 in the morning and closes around 5 in the evening. EVA is in and out throughout the day, but mostly in. The library is closed on Sundays.
• Add an OOC note for solo logs. ALSO! logs between two (or more) characters (not including EVA) in the library is cool/encouraged!
• Prose or action are fine. Whatever you're more comfortable with.Although I am faster with action tags!
• Kindly tag yourself!
NOW GET AFTER IT!]

Excuse me? Anybody in?

What can I help you with?

[She grew a bit hesitant as she remembered the book that she was looking for.]
... In the Darkness of Shadow Moses by Nastasha Romanenko.

Non-fiction is on the second floor. If you'd like me to show you precisely where the historic non-fiction is, I can.
[She stands, ready to guide the other woman. EVA damn near has the exact location of that book in the library memorized...]

[Mei Ling looks off to the side. She gestures for EVA to lead the way to the aforementioned historic non-fiction section.]
If you could show the way, I'd really appreciate it.

September 12th, 8AM, juuust before opening
Planting his ass on the librarian's desk probably isn't a good way to do it, though. Oops. Don't mind the man named after a mallard just chilling where he shouldn't, EVA.]
no subject
But it was just Goose. And so EVA was pretty annoyed.]
How'd you get in here before I did?
no subject
[He shrugged and reclined, using a nearby stack of books on the desk as a pillow.]
I was checking everything out. Makin' sure there's no intruders. Kinda my job.
this is the only icon appropriate for dealing with goose
[She picks up a book and whacks him in the head with it.]
And thanks so much for looking out for me.
it... really is ghjkdshjkg
... You really think that's gonna do anything to me?
[He points to his hair. It's like a protective helmet or something okay. Look at how stiff it is.]

Oh crap, she got lost already. What in Yune's name was a...H-O-B-B-I-T? And why was she...con...cerning herself with them?
After a few words, he looked up, frantically searching for someone to help.

"Need some help?" she asked, smiling.

"If you're new to reading, maybe you should start with something a little easier than The Lord of the Rings," she replied, maintaining her helpful smile.
no subject
"Well, it had nice drawings on it, so I figured it might be easy ta read. Like a kid's book, ya know?"

Damn... I forgot how big this place was...
no subject
A lot of people do. It looks quite as big on the outside. Need help finding something?
no subject
Yeah, actually I do. Mind helpin' me find the history section? I'd try to find it myself, but I'd probably just get lost.
no subject
It's easy to get lost in here... I've gotten lost myself a few times.
no subject
Really? You get lost?
[He chuckled.]
A librarian gettin' lost in a library. Now there's something you don't expect to hear.
