Remembuh me? The roomie log turned out to be a success, and a lot of really awesome interactions took place. Because of this, I've decided it was about time to post round two. The name has been changed a little because I think it reflects the premise slightly better.

Basically, here's what this is: we all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good portal for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR and the like. Some examples can be seen in the link I provided if you fight through the buttload of comments in case I'm sort of unclear.

So how do we start? It's up to you, really. Don't have any plans with anyone else but want your character bugged? Start a thread. It helps to staple dates and times, but you can keep that completely ambiguous if you really don't care/it doesn't matter. So disembark and wreak havoc amongst yourselves! Set up karaoke and sing loudly to further improve relations with dorm neighbors! Jack cylindrical fluorescent light bulbs from the supply closet and fight like Jedi Masters! Build couch forts with other people's laundry! (...ew?) Hold a "study session" with that special someone of yours! Harass teachers and students alike with your inane questions! What bountiful possibilities await you.

[And so Tillie tweets and chirps in response, basically saying that she just. She just wanted to clean his shell okay. It had dirt on it. Very... very tiny specks of dirt.

IT'S SOMETHING, OKAY?]

[Hey, one of those specks had a family! But he simply groans, he's too lazy to shake Tillie off.

[Probably not, but at least a certain pilot would be able to shake her away from him.

Stare. Oh. Tillie was... cleaning Twig's back. Ohhh.

Pokepoke on Twig's head.] Hey, you've got my bird.

[Oh, if only he could understand. Tillie, however, was able to understand perfectly, and tweeted up at Goose.]

I dunno if that's a good sign or a bad sign, but... if I'm guessing right, she likes you.

[If only. Twig grumbles a little in annoyance, but rather than spend the effort to shake Tillie off he just lets her continue what she's doing. He's still blinking up at Goose, though.]

[Aheheh. Heh. That staring was just kind of creepy, man.]

Oh, you want me to take her off? [He finally knelt down and lifted Tillie into his loving arms. The bird chirps a little, but doesn't struggle.]

There, how's that?

[Get used to it, Goose. Everybody does.]

Twig. [Code for 'better,' truthfully he wouldn't mind her sitting on him. It's just...cleaning. He closes his eyes and lets out a much happier sounding 'Turtwig' to try and let Goose know it's better.]

Heh, good. Thanks for attractin' her, kid. Couldn't have caught up with her without you. C'mon, Tillie.

[Off he goes. Tillie stares back at Twig as they exit. SHE LOOKS. SAD.]
