What: BLIND DATES!
Who: Anyone who was sent a note with an E# & F# table numbers.
Where: Off-campus restaurant. AND BEYOND!
When: November 19th
Warnings: Who knows depending who is here.

[The third group's restaurant is a rotating fancy restaurant, the tallest in all of FDC! The place is high up in the air, and you can see all of the city from above! It slowly moves around itself so you can see the city from 360 degrees.The menu has all sorts of things. Still expensive, however, but you've been given a 100$ budget for eating each!

The lighting is dim, with flickering, oil candles on every table. The place is decorated in stylish black and browns, with reddish lanterns hanged on top. The overhead music is half traditional Italian love songs, half that band you don't remember the name of and sometimes a little song sneaks in. Your servers are all dressed up for the occasion, and speak broken English and talk-like-a-dis despite the menu not being 100% Italian.

Beside each candle, there's a card. Each card has a different letter-number combination.

And there, seated comfortably on a booster seat and several phone books, was a very familiar yellow-headed pixie. Uxie hadn't bothered to dust off his rarely-used human form for this occasion; he doubted his date would have found it any more appealing than his usual self, in all honesty. Even so, this was a date, so he'd gone to the trouble of dressing up for the occasion: a little black bowtie sat around his neck.

Sure, it wasn't much, but it was awfully difficult to find clothes that fit a tiny little potato-bodied thing like Uxie. He might not have bothered at all, really, but one must do their best to impress, of course.

It wasn't every night that Uxie had the chance to dine with royalty.

Wendy was a little dubious about this whole blind date thing. If the only participants were other people in the school, she couldn't think of anyone she'd like to end up with. They were all a bunch of stupid do-gooders who just didn't get her! But maybe people from other schools were signed up, too. Maybe she'd meet a kindred spirit (read: potential manservant)!

Otherwise, she could just make the evening horrid and miserable for whoever she was stuck with. Also, a change from her usual meals would be nice.

So it was that she arrived at her table, dressed in her finest bow. She didn't even notice the tiny being at the other side until she sat down.

"...Move it. That spot's for my date."

"I know," Uxie replied pleasantly. "That's why I'm sitting here." Heavens, she didn't really think a chair stacked this high with height-boosters would have been intended for anyone else, would she? Even so, he stood up on his little phone-book stack, exerting some telepathy to push her chair out for her. Object manipulation was altogether taxing when one was so much smaller than said objects, but that was no excuse to shirk on manners.

"It's a delight to meet you, Princess Wendy O. Koopa. My name is Uxie, being of knowledge, and I'll be your date for tonight."

Oh, great. Her date wasn't even cute. Well, maybe cute in the same way designer-breed chain chomps were but not in the same way some dreamy movie star hunk was. But he knew her name and title, so she'd give him a shot. If nothing else she could make him buy her something.

She rested her elbows on the table and flipped through the menu, not bothering to even glance up at her partner. "Being of knowledge, huh? What, do you know everything?"

"Yes," Uxie replied, "I do."

As if to subtly make a point, he made no effort to open the menu. It's like he already knew what was written there.

"Oh really." Maybe this little ... whatever he was could be useful after all. "Prove it by telling me just what sets certain people off. Like... Peach."

"Ah, I wonder if that's fair. You're only asking so that you have something to use against the poor girl, aren't you?" Uxie inquired lightly, tilting his head with a winsome little smile.

"Well, duh. So make yourself useful and tell me already."
