Enjoying the weather so far?

Who: Lugia, anyone who runs into him during the week.
What: Lugia wanders around campus and enjoys the weather.
Where: Various places around school
When: Oct. 23th to 30th
Warnings: possible cursing, fighting? Shadow Lugia has a short fuse. Piss him off, and you will either get a hydro pump into your face or get something near to you aeroblasted.

The day before was probably a pleasant day. The following day, though, consisted of dark clouds and rain. There was no wind, but the forecast warned of winds coming in after the weekend, resulting in a large storm hitting in around Wednesday. But who would realize that by then, it would be helpless to stop a flood from drenching the entire school on Thursday? Perhaps a few around campus, but this legendary certainly didn't care.

If one were to see Lugia, he would either have a bored look or a smirk on his face as he wandered around the school. He cancelled this week's class for no apparent reason and left a note on the door saying there would be an exam of everything they learned so far in the next week's class. His office and room was left quite a mess and was nowhere to be found in his usual places such as the cafe and the library.

((OOC: So pretty much with the usual stuff. Put the day and a certain time your character would meet with Lugia.

A little thing to note, about the weather:
23rd to 26th: Normal/light rain day.
Wind starts picking up during the afternoon of 26th, and then leads to become a full storm from the 27th to the 29th.
29th will have some thunder, along with the school grounds getting flooded.
It'll stay raining for a bit after that, too.

Uh... have fun having your character be ridiculed by this jerk?))

The 25th, around noon?

Selene didn't really like the rain one bit. Not at all. Thankfully, it wasn't so horribly bad today, but it still felt pretty icky-like. She would be able to deal, though! It was rain, so she could just stay inside and not have to bother. Her escapades to the library probably would have to stop happening when it got too bad for her parasol to handle, though. Then it would be a problem.

She was wandering around campus at the moment, about to head to the library in a minute. Since it was sprinkling some out, she didn't want to be outside that much, even though she could manage with her umbrella. Thus, a walk around the school seemed to be fitting. Who would she encounter as she went about? Hmmm.

Oh hello, young miss! Lugia sure didn't miss the golden locks of yours. He walked up to the student, umbrella over him to keep himself well dry. If he were in his Pokemon form, he wouldn't even bother with it, but there was really no point when he couldn't actually physically get close to other people just to ridicule them.

"Why hello there, miss Selene." Lugia greeted with a thin smile and a small bow to pay respects. Other than his usual voice, he looked...creepy with the change of his hair color. His dark hair made it a bit difficult to see his eyes, but they were red with white pupils that glowed in a faint color of red. But who would take in that small detail when his hair was a big give-away that something was definitely wrong?

Fortunately for Lugia, Selene didn't know him just yet (she might have glanced at him in passing, but probably doesn't distinctly remember him and his appearance), so she didn't notice the changes. Those red eyes were very... odd, though. Was that normal? Was using an umbrella indoors normal, even?

"Oh, hello there... sir~" She spoke, forgetting his name. Lugia, was it? She might have heard of him from the teacher roster when she was first looking at classes. She wasn't interested in Marine Science, though. She very much disliked water and anything associated.

She glanced over at the umbrella and frowned. "Ah, I do hope the rain is not bothering you. I need an umbrella now myself."

"Ah, it is a splendid day so far." Lugia replied with a small chuckle. He twirled the useless (at least at the moment) umbrella around at the handle and let out a slightly irritated sigh. "I don't really understand the point of this object, though. It isn't all the helpful once the wind picks up."

But enough about him. He barely knew the other, so let's get to know her! ...Not really.

"Heading out? Mind if I ask you where you are headed to?"

[identity profile] crescentpanels.livejournal.com 2009-10-25 01:07 pm (UTC)(link)
"Oh, I unfortunately need it, anywho~ The wind is not very bad just yet, so I am sure it is fine to use for now," Selene held up her own umbrella, which was closed up unlike Shadow Lugia's.

She smiled, finding this man to be quite nice. Those red eyes that puzzled her a little were no indication of threat, apparently, at least so far. Maybe he was some kind of humanoid creature like she was? Maybe he was also a fairy, but a male fairy? She was unsure. She'd never heard of male fairies having red eyes, though.

"Ah, yes I am~ I am going to be going to the library on this campus. Are you heading that way?"

Lugia let out a snicker before covering his mouth. He didn't want anyone to get onto his back for being so different than he was before. If enough people caught on, he'd be forced to get rid of this very nice weather, and he wouldn't like that one bit. He wanted the storm to come by nicely and perfectly...

He cleared his throat before speaking again.

"The library? Oh no, not that dusty old place. With all the dust and cobwebs that's collecting on the top of the shelves, I could not possibly step in without sneezing. It's quite annoying, really, and I have read all of the texts in that place. There is so little one can do in there~" He replied with a smile and a shrug.

"You do not like the library?" Selene showed an expression of slight disappointment. "That is a grand shame. It is my favorite place~ I do love reading almost all of the time to enlighten and entertain myself."

She never got strong allergies from the dust collecting on shelves, though. Maybe Lugia was weak around that kind of stuff?

"Are you very allergic to dust? Unless I get far too close, it has not bothered me," She frowned in concern. If he was that weak to dust, perhaps he needed some kind of allergy treatment?

24th, late evening

[identity profile] badassshadows.livejournal.com 2009-10-25 05:25 am (UTC)(link)
Shadow Darkrai was leaning against a wall of the building outside, clutching her head. That sensation like her mind was on fire. The rain did nothing to cool it. It only happened when she didn't have someone to rip apart on hand. Yet there was something strange about the condition... there were [livejournal.com profile] umbreon_blacky [livejournal.com profile] ghostly_nyx she hadn't attacked. She had barely even registered their presence.

Why hello there, fellow legendary! Lugia was actually getting a little bored, with the weather not changing for the better. He noticed the pitch-black Pokemon with her head in her hands and chuckled softly, a thin smile spreading his face. He swiftly made his way towards the other and leaned over to gaze into her face rather too closely.

"Why hello there." He said with a creepy smile.

[identity profile] badassshadows.livejournal.com 2009-10-25 11:48 pm (UTC)(link)
Shadow Darkrai looked up towards the source of the sound. Who...? Was someone there? Although her fellow corrupted legendary was literally right in front of her, she seemed to have trouble seeing him.

She growled questioningly at the apparent presence.

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 12:04 am (UTC)(link)
What, did she lose her ability to speak? Lugia's smile was replaced with a frown as he narrowed his eyes from the lack of response and the glare.

"Helloooooo???" Lugia waved a hand in front of her eyes.

[identity profile] badassshadows.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 12:26 am (UTC)(link)
She watch the figure move up and down as if in a trance, barely able to see it. Was it trying to make her strike? Okay.

She snapped at his hand.

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 01:22 am (UTC)(link)
He pulled his hand away and made a face. So barbaric. She should at least say something, gosh.

"Well... Jeez." Lugia replied as he waved his hand off to the side, as if to dismiss the other's action. "Aren't you the most conversational person I've met today."

He narrowed his eyes into a glare and leaned into her face again.

"Can you not see me? Do you need a pair of glasses, hm?"

26th, late afternoon

[identity profile] midnitepsych.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 01:28 am (UTC)(link)
Weavile was walking down one of the hallways of the school when he paused and looked out the window. It seemed the storm was getting worse. Now he was no meteorologist, but something just didn't feel right.

Shrugging it off, he decided it was better to sit and wait. There wasn't anything he could do about it anyway. So with a few books in hand, he continued on his way to his office.

Re: 26th, late afternoon

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 01:56 am (UTC)(link)
And here came Lugia, looking very bored. He obviously looked different; with his inverted hair, the eyes, and the lack of glasses...he was also dressed rather sloppily too. Not like Lugia himself cared, he felt just happy at the moment.

He noticed Weavile coming from the opposite end of the hallway, and gave out a small snicker before walking up to the other.

"Hello there, Weavile!" He greeted with a smile. "Are you enjoying the weather? I am."

Re: 26th, late afternoon

[identity profile] midnitepsych.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 02:21 am (UTC)(link)
Immediately noticing the physical differences, the counselor paused. Although he was somewhat confused by Lugia's different look, he tried not to show it. An amiable smirk grew on his lips as he greeted the other, "Hello."

Shaking his head, Weavile admitted, "No, I can't say that I am. Of course I enjoy the cold as much as the next ice-type, I am not very fond of rain. Perhaps if it was snow, I would be more comfortable."

He glanced at the teacher, "But I suppose as a water type, it would only make sense that you enjoy this sort of weather."

Re: 26th, late afternoon

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 02:33 am (UTC)(link)
"Ah, but I am not entirely a water type." Lugia corrected with a smile and a wag of his finger. "I do dwell in the ocean most of the time, though, and having this amount of rain fall is quite pleasing."

He left out the part about loving the rainfall turning into a rainstorm, but he figured the other would be able to notice that.

He eyed the books the other was holding and without a word he took one of them and opened it.

"Books! It feels like it has been a while since I was able to sit down and read." He said with a laugh as he started to flip through.

Re: 26th, late afternoon

[identity profile] midnitepsych.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 03:05 am (UTC)(link)
"Oh, that's right," Weavile chuckled. "My apologies. No offense, but it's hard to tell with legendaries, especially dual-types."

Carefully watching the other, the counselor let Lugia take one of his books. "That is a shame, then. If I remember correctly, it has also been a while since we went downtown together to buy books. Perhaps once the weather clears up, we should do so again."

Re: 26th, late afternoon

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 07:18 am (UTC)(link)
"Yes, yes." Lugia responded with a shrug as he tossed the book into the air, letting it land onto the floor and the loud thump echoed through the hallway.

He let out a few low chuckles before getting louder into a full-blown laugh, leaning against the wall to support himself while he tried to calm down.

"Oh, why not go out to town now???" Lugia asked as he looked up towards the other, still chuckling under his breath. "Come, the weather is perfect right now, and who knows when it will be this pleasant next time."

23rd, Evening (1st Encounter)

[identity profile] burnoutthesky.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 06:58 am (UTC)(link)
Ho-oh looked up at the dismal sky, fighting the urge not to sigh. He had seen Lugia cause a storm before. The clouds above reeked of his handiwork. He just couldn't understand why that big silver chicken would do such a thing.

Things had been looking up, hadn't they? They weren't perfect, just a few weeks ago he could recall something about a fight over them being out of bread, but they were getting better with every day. He had been certain that with just a little more time not only could they be in the same room together without fighting over little things, but he could coax the other more frequently into cuddles on that poor beaten up couch, arm slung around Lugia's shoulders as he read until they retreated into the bedroom for round after round of mind blowing sex... He shook his head and shoved the rectangular box under his arm before stepping out in the rain. That kind of proximity was a ways away now. Nothing would get better unless he could get the other out of whatever mood he was in.

The rain was cool against his skin. Even with the hood of his hoodie pulled up he could feel the moisture of the rain as it slowly dampened the fabric. Hopefully he could find Lugia and get him to stop this silly little rain shower before it blows out of control.

Re: 23rd, Evening (1st Encounter)

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 07:27 am (UTC)(link)
Lugia was taking a walk around outside in the school grounds, the stolen borrowed umbrella covering his head. He hummed under his breath as he listened to the rain tap against the covering. Ah, this was a very nice day, nothing could ever go wrong...

Or so he thought.

His smile immediately vanished and a frown formed on his face when he saw a familiar figure.

"Ugghh.... Not him." He drew out a heavy sigh and rolled his eyes before turning around to go somewhere else. He didn't want to deal with the rainbow legendary, not when he knew what the other was going to talk about.

[identity profile] burnoutthesky.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 07:41 am (UTC)(link)
There he was! About time too, Ho-oh was drenched from the light downpour. His long legs easily closed the distance between them until he was close enough to reach out and grab the other's hand with his own.

"I.. have been looking everywhere for you..." He panted, hot air rising from his mouth like steam. He did his best to flash the other his best smile in hopes all it took to pick Lugia up was to have some happiness directed at him.

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 07:50 am (UTC)(link)
Lugia glanced over at the other before pulling his hand away.

"What do you want." He sighed out a greeting, looking away from Ho-oh. Being with this legendary made him want to destroy things.... not that he minded, of course, but the irritation was something he preferred not to experience at the moment.

Rain started to fall harder onto the two.

[identity profile] burnoutthesky.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 08:03 am (UTC)(link)
Ho-oh squinted as the rain came down in full force. Something was different about it, as different as the hair on Lugia's head.
He'd have to ask him if he got a haircut later.

"You seem upset. I got you something, you know, to cheer you up."

He handed over the box. It was a little wet but otherwise intact. He was proud of himself; Lugia might have preferred tea, but a box of various flavored hot chocolates seemed the perfect gift for a chilly day. The fact that chocolate had the ability to make others feel better was just another reason why it seemed perfect for such an occasion.

[identity profile] haliovolatile.livejournal.com 2009-10-26 08:27 am (UTC)(link)
Oh Ho-oh, only if you got him that gift a day earlier... Lugia was not in the mood of having anything sweet.

"I am not upset. Just a little irritated that I have to talk to someone like you." Lugia responded, narrowing his eyes into a glare as he looked over at the other. He raised a brow at the box that was handed over to him and looked into it.

Hot chocolates. Hot. Chocolates.

He gazed at it in silence for a while before a thin smile spread on his face and a small chuckle was heard. He shook his head and laughed a little before tossing the box up into the air and shoot a beam of Aeroblast at it, destroying it into nothing. He laughed wildly at the sight and turned to face Ho-oh with a huge grin on his face.

"Thank you for such a useless gift, Ho-oh. I enjoyed it very much."
