Enjoying the weather so far?

Who: Lugia, anyone who runs into him during the week.
What: Lugia wanders around campus and enjoys the weather.
Where: Various places around school
When: Oct. 23th to 30th
Warnings: possible cursing, fighting? Shadow Lugia has a short fuse. Piss him off, and you will either get a hydro pump into your face or get something near to you aeroblasted.

The day before was probably a pleasant day. The following day, though, consisted of dark clouds and rain. There was no wind, but the forecast warned of winds coming in after the weekend, resulting in a large storm hitting in around Wednesday. But who would realize that by then, it would be helpless to stop a flood from drenching the entire school on Thursday? Perhaps a few around campus, but this legendary certainly didn't care.

If one were to see Lugia, he would either have a bored look or a smirk on his face as he wandered around the school. He cancelled this week's class for no apparent reason and left a note on the door saying there would be an exam of everything they learned so far in the next week's class. His office and room was left quite a mess and was nowhere to be found in his usual places such as the cafe and the library.

((OOC: So pretty much with the usual stuff. Put the day and a certain time your character would meet with Lugia.

A little thing to note, about the weather:
23rd to 26th: Normal/light rain day.
Wind starts picking up during the afternoon of 26th, and then leads to become a full storm from the 27th to the 29th.
29th will have some thunder, along with the school grounds getting flooded.
It'll stay raining for a bit after that, too.

Uh... have fun having your character be ridiculed by this jerk?))

"Oh, that's right," Weavile chuckled. "My apologies. No offense, but it's hard to tell with legendaries, especially dual-types."

Carefully watching the other, the counselor let Lugia take one of his books. "That is a shame, then. If I remember correctly, it has also been a while since we went downtown together to buy books. Perhaps once the weather clears up, we should do so again."

"Yes, yes." Lugia responded with a shrug as he tossed the book into the air, letting it land onto the floor and the loud thump echoed through the hallway.

He let out a few low chuckles before getting louder into a full-blown laugh, leaning against the wall to support himself while he tried to calm down.

"Oh, why not go out to town now???" Lugia asked as he looked up towards the other, still chuckling under his breath. "Come, the weather is perfect right now, and who knows when it will be this pleasant next time."

By now, Weavile definitely knew something was wrong. Picking up the book, he brushed off the covers. Not only was Lugia laughing somewhat maniacally, but he was disrespecting books too? Something had happened.

"I'm afraid I must decline. You might be fine in this weather, but I fear if I spend too much time outside, I will no doubt get sick. I would like to avoid becoming ill, if possible."

What? Declining his invitation? Lugia narrowed his eyes into a glare and and shot a blast of hydro pump at a few windows nearby, letting the wind and rain start pouring into the hallway.

"What was it again? I could not hear with the windows breaking." Lugia replied, grinning as he turned to face at Weavile again.

He took a step back, the books clumsily falling out of his hands. His eyes darted between Lugia and the broken windows. Lugia certainly wasn't in his right mind. But the counselor wasn't about to back down.

"I said, 'I'm afraid I must decline,'" Weavile repeated. Due to the rain and wind, he spoke louder so the other could hear. "If you're going to act childish and break windows when you don't get your way, that is simply another reason for me not to accompany you."

Him? Childish?? Well that certainly was something he did not like at all. The wind from outside grew stronger in response to his thoughts.

"'Childish??' I was merely stating that you come along with me to outside." Well what a way to remember the first part of the conversation.

Without waiting for a response, Lugia picked up one of the books that fell onto the floor and threw it out of the window and smirked as he watched it fly off on the wind.

Weavile's eye twitched as the book was flung out the window. Thankfully that was from his own collection and not from the library. He would have felt guilty if one of the school's property was damaged like that. Even if it wasn't technically the counselor's fault.

Hands clenched by his side, Weavile retorted, "And I was stating that I declined." Dark energy started to swirl around his fists.

"I would also appreciate it if you didn't throw any more of my books." Truth be told, Lugia's sudden attitude was starting to piss off the dark-type. While normally the counselor was a patient man, this was crossing the line.

"What was that?" Lugia asked, picking up another book and tossed it into the air a few times. Without waiting for the counselor to repeat, he tossed the book high up into the air before blasting a shot of Aeroblast at it, turning it into dust.

"Oh, what a sight!" Lugia laughed out.

And there went another one of his books. Weavile grit his teeth, trying to maintain his anger. It wouldn't do to snap at Lugia, especially when the other seemed out of his right mind.

"I will warn you one last time," he raised one of his fists. The dark energy gathered around his hands was intensifying. "Do not test me."

Sorry Weavile, Lugia wasn't the one that would get intimidated so easily. Instead of looking slightly worried at the dark energy, he just grinned and snickered.

"Oh? Are you trying to be intimidating? Oohhh... So scary!" He mocked before going back to his laughing fits.

That was the last straw. Narrowing his eyes, his lips drew into a thin line. All of a sudden, Weavile seemingly disappeared. A moment later, he reappeared behind Lugia, arms raised for an attack. It was time to see whether the other Pokemon could dodge a Faint Attack.

Curse you dark types, so sneaky! Lugia was caught off his guard when the other suddenly disappeared and it took a little too long for him to realize that Weavile had reappeared behind him...

That was all the time he needed. While Weavile was considerably pissed off by now, he didn't want to actually hurt Lugia. The other was still his friend. There was simply something controlling the Legendary or influencing him to act in this way.

Flattening his hand, the counselor delivered a blow to the back of the other's neck. Hopefully he aimed correctly and Lugia would pass out. If at all possible, Weavile wanted to cut this fight short.

The hit, though, didn't make Lugia pass out. He gave out a yell as he stumbled, confused of what had hit him. The confusion forced him out of his human transformation and turned into his Pokemon form.

He swayed a bit before shaking his head, and gave out a roar as he sent a blast of Aeroblast from his mouth, shooting through the ceiling, causing concrete blocks to fall onto the floor. He swung around his wings, causing more window to break, and as soon as a good opening was made he flew out into the dark sky, causing the storm to worsen with his mood.

The color from Weavile's face faded as the other transformed into his Pokemon form. This was an even worse situation than the counselor had accounted for. He was barely able to dodge most of the the falling debris. With the storm increasing, Weavile had to squint in order to see Lugia.

There was no way he'd be able to deal with a rampaging Legendary. His only option was to run. Biting his lip, he simply hoped that Lugia would not notice his escape and try to follow him. So while the other was still in the sky, the counselor turned tail and fled.
