Who: Lugia, anyone who runs into him during the week.
What: Lugia wanders around campus and enjoys the weather.
Where: Various places around school
When: Oct. 23th to 30th
Warnings: possible cursing, fighting? Shadow Lugia has a short fuse. Piss him off, and you will either get a hydro pump into your face or get something near to you aeroblasted.

The day before was probably a pleasant day. The following day, though, consisted of dark clouds and rain. There was no wind, but the forecast warned of winds coming in after the weekend, resulting in a large storm hitting in around Wednesday. But who would realize that by then, it would be helpless to stop a flood from drenching the entire school on Thursday? Perhaps a few around campus, but this legendary certainly didn't care.

If one were to see Lugia, he would either have a bored look or a smirk on his face as he wandered around the school. He cancelled this week's class for no apparent reason and left a note on the door saying there would be an exam of everything they learned so far in the next week's class. His office and room was left quite a mess and was nowhere to be found in his usual places such as the cafe and the library.

((OOC: So pretty much with the usual stuff. Put the day and a certain time your character would meet with Lugia.

A little thing to note, about the weather:
23rd to 26th: Normal/light rain day.
Wind starts picking up during the afternoon of 26th, and then leads to become a full storm from the 27th to the 29th.
29th will have some thunder, along with the school grounds getting flooded.
It'll stay raining for a bit after that, too.

Lugia glanced over at the other before pulling his hand away.

"What do you want." He sighed out a greeting, looking away from Ho-oh. Being with this legendary made him want to destroy things.... not that he minded, of course, but the irritation was something he preferred not to experience at the moment.

Rain started to fall harder onto the two.

Ho-oh squinted as the rain came down in full force. Something was different about it, as different as the hair on Lugia's head.
He'd have to ask him if he got a haircut later.

"You seem upset. I got you something, you know, to cheer you up."

He handed over the box. It was a little wet but otherwise intact. He was proud of himself; Lugia might have preferred tea, but a box of various flavored hot chocolates seemed the perfect gift for a chilly day. The fact that chocolate had the ability to make others feel better was just another reason why it seemed perfect for such an occasion.

Oh Ho-oh, only if you got him that gift a day earlier... Lugia was not in the mood of having anything sweet.

"I am not upset. Just a little irritated that I have to talk to someone like you." Lugia responded, narrowing his eyes into a glare as he looked over at the other. He raised a brow at the box that was handed over to him and looked into it.

Hot chocolates. Hot. Chocolates.

He gazed at it in silence for a while before a thin smile spread on his face and a small chuckle was heard. He shook his head and laughed a little before tossing the box up into the air and shoot a beam of Aeroblast at it, destroying it into nothing. He laughed wildly at the sight and turned to face Ho-oh with a huge grin on his face.

"Thank you for such a useless gift, Ho-oh. I enjoyed it very much."

He had to do a double take as Lugia destroyed the box. It was not often the rainbow legendary's feelings were hurt. He had a tendency to shrug things off and move onto lighter topics when confronted with things that would upset other people.

But there was something about Lugia that made his emotions seem a little more real, and there was something in the way he so easily took the gift and threw it that caused a surge of negative emotions within himself.

He gave the other a rough shove. Not enough to knock him over, but enough to make the heavier man take a few steps back.

"What is wrong with you?!"

Lugia stumbled back a bit and he swayed from side to side as he continued to laugh like a drunkard. He didn't even have the umbrella over his head anymore.

"What is wrong with me?" Lugia mocked, snickering as he looked up at the other legendary. "Why, absolutely nothing is wrong with me, dear Ho-oh. I would like to ask you the same question, though. What is wrong with you?"

Instead of listening for an answer, Lugia returned to his crackling laugh, throwing his head back as he tossed the umbrella off to the side.

Squaring his shoulders, Ho-oh couldn't keep the irritation out of his voice.

"Do not tell me you want me to apologize again? I told you, I messed up, but... would you STOP LAUGHING?" He hissed, grabbing Lugia by his shoulder.

"Apologize?!" Lugia repeated the word in a loud voice, around the same time a faint booming sound of thunder was heard from the distance. He shrugged off the other's grasp and shoved the other away before walking up to him to lean into his face, eyes narrowed into a glare as he looked right into the other's gaze. "Why would I expect an apology from you? I have heard it so many times that I do not care anymore!"

He threw his arms up into the air with exaggeration.

"I am tired of this nonsense! The cycle of emotions that I have felt for the past few weeks! Confusion, agitation, annoyance, disappointment, all of them! I am feeling very content with everything at the moment and here you come, destroying my happiness! You have always been the spoiled one, doing whatever you wish! You have not been in a similar situation as me before, of seeing your loved one with someone else, right in front of your eyes!"

Ho-oh couldn't help the startled gasp that escaped his lips as thunder boomed and lightning flashed somewhere out of sight. It wasn't the weather itself that made him uneasy, but the darkness associated with it and the menacing look in Lugia's eyes.

He took a step back when Lugia threw his arms up, a wave of regret washing over him.

"But I.." He whined, not really caring if the other accused him of being childish any more. "I never meant for it to go that far. I was lonely! You..." His voice trailed off. Trying to pass the blame onto Lugia probably wasn't the best idea....

"'Never meant it to go that far?' Never meant it?! Lonely?! That was what I felt for the majority of my life!" Lugia finally took a step away from him, not wanting to be near the other anymore. "I have finally gotten over all my emotions! Don't you dare bring them back up."

At that moment, a person hurried by to wherever they were headed towards, and Lugia grabbed the person's arm and pulled into a rather deep kiss.

After what seemed like a good five minutes had passed, he shoved the person away and shooed them off before looking back at Ho-oh~~, licking his lips just to spite him~~.

"How did that feel, hm? I hope it is a wonderful feeling."

He opened his mouth then closed it. That funny flip-flop feeling he'd felt when Lugia destroyed the box of hot chocolate, those odd pangs of emotion that assaulted him whenever the subject of his betrayal was brought up; they all seemed to intensify and merge together into an iron weight that sat heavy in the pit of his stomach.

Like watching a train wreak, Ho-oh couldn't look away as Lugia kissed some complete stranger.. with more passion then Ho-oh had been able to convenience the other he was worthy of. Even as he tried to reason with himself that Lugia only did it to show him what it felt like, it was hard to shake those miserable feelings.

The rain made it impossible to tell if he was crying. He certainly looked upset enough to be.

"I have never been all that smart..." He muttered pathetically. The colour seemed to have drained out of him, giving his hair and skin an almost gray appearance. "But it does not take a genius to realize you are being a scum bag right now."

Lugia would have probably worried about Ho-oh's health for being out in the rain for so long, if he were himself. Unfortunately, he wasn't.

"Oh, really?" He replied nonchalantly. "I have not noticed. Nor do I care. Now if you do not have anything more to say, I wish to resume with my enjoying of the weather."

With that said, he turned and started walking away, lightly humming to himself.
