A rather dull weekend over Webflix
Who: Charlise and anyone who happens upon the game room.
What: Lazy, rainy weekend.
Where: Game room
When: Weekend 7/11 - 7/12
Warnings: It's Kitty. That's warning enough.
Ever since returning to Smash, Kitty had felt sort of distant. Not in the way she had felt before, but more in the way of being confused and without purpose. She already knew she felt alone due to the lack of having some of the very few people she got close to. Even if she'd never tell them, she did feel lost without them, her team. A glimmer of silver was the fact that, while under her own problems and stress, Evve was still around. And she had heard that the ketchup meathead was still around too as well as her old roommate. But alas, they had their things, their friends and their lives to live. Kitty had... well, Kitty had fuckall.
She had made her way down to the front, and had packed a bag with treats in hopes that maybe an outting in the woods that she used to haunt would give her some answer and as soon as she opened the damned doors a fucking downpour decided to break lose. You know what they say about summer rains? Well fuck them.
She looked back and saw that the game room lobby was empty, probably because everyone was out and about having a blast during summer <s>unbeknownst to Kitty of the crazy shit happening around the school</s>. Making her way to the couch, she dropped down, set her bag besides her and loaded up Webflix on the widescreen. Maybe it was just a movie day...
Or days... cause Kitty just lost track of time while marathoning movies and series. You'll find her through two days worth of movies and random shows, nibbling on her snacks as she rearranges herself every so often. The genres vary but you'll generally find her watching depressing shit, horror movies, suspense, sci-fi, thrillers, psychological and that sort of thing.

"Yeah? More important stuff? You arrive here without meanin' to?"
no subject
"Pretty much, wasn't my destination when I headed here." Or was brought here.
no subject
"You ever able to get back to your home?"
no subject
"Besides, I have my own place here now." If you counted the dorms as that. "I guess this is home for however long I can fuckin' stand it." Cause she had a feeling... a rather depressing feeling... that her team wasn't coming back.

He'd said it without meaning to. Hey, he'd be glad to cut ties with his home world. Bid it adios and never look back. But... well. There was Ellie. And Tommy.
"I mean, fresh starts are kind've rare."
no subject
"Take it you feel this is your fresh start then? Didn't leave anything behind?"

He finally finished his coffee and set the cup down on the same table as her feet.
"It's a second chance. But second chances ain't ever perfect."
no subject
"Shit dude, life ain't perfect whatthefuckever."
no subject
He paused.
"...thought about tryin' to interrogate one or the other of them, but apparently they're pretty powerful."

Breaking someone's ring finger was hard when their ring finger was as tall as you were.

He'd been told there were portals in town, and transport services to some worlds. He'd looked but nothing lead to his.
...besides. Unless he could bring at least Ellie back with him? It would be for nothing. Damn it... she deserved a place like this. For all it's weirdness and it's strangeness, she deserved a place where she could be a kid. His expression darkened for a second.
"....anyway. This old fart ought to let you get back to watchin' your movie instead of talkin' the afternoon away." he said, standing up and walking with his cup to rinse it out.

Though Kitty wouldn't be one to voice her care even if she had more than some slight tone of it.
"Yeah, later dude."
no subject
He hadn't gotten her name. Their only other contact had been insulting one another in the janitor's closet. So....

Weird name. But still. Maybe her Pokémon form looked like a big, purple cat?
"Right. Well... hmn."
He gave her a wave and left the room.
