Well... [He lifts a finger to his mouth.] I suppose one couldn't hurt...

Yeah! [ Now time to divert his attention to the donuts. He's always excited for donuts. Always. Besides, they are nicely decorated and they just look really good.

Chili grabs one and samples it by just chomping into it. No regrets. It is delicious and even better than ones you might buy from the store, because Cress made them. ] Mmmm! Cresh, it'sh delicious!

[ Thanks for talking with your mouth full. ]

[Cress doesn't take one yet. He's too busy smiling at the way Chili devours his donuts so eagerly. He doesn't even mind that he's spraying crumbs everywhere while he does it.]

I'm glad. [Maybe the powdered one looks good...]

[ What do you mean maybe you're the one who made them you weirdo.

I mean, yeah, Chili is definitely enthusiastic about donuts. He swallows practically half of the donut in one gulp and then beams at Cress. HE CAN READ YOUR MIND... ]

Come on, you made them! Don't tell me you haven't even tried one yet! [ Or else he'll shove the other half of his donut into your mouth, seriously. ]

With time, dear brother. [It's not like he's going to scarf the whole thing down like an animal... like CHILI...] With time. Cress's palate prefers to take things nice and slow.

[ During that last syllable, Chili shoves the last quarter of the chocolate-frosted cream-filled donut into Cress's mouth. There, now you're gonna try some.

It sounded like a fun thing to do at the time. Chili is grinning, but it's not that grin that he wears when he knows he's doing something bad. ] There you go! How is it?! Good, huh?!

Mmf!

[He looks kind of cross for some reason! And now he has chocolate and cream on his face. NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL. He bites off the part that was sticking inside his mouth and removes the pastry from his lips. ~~Good thing this wasn't Voodoo Donuts in Portland.~~]

Chili! [He shields part of his mouth with a hand to hide all the gunk on his face.] Don't!

[ Oops, maybe that wasn't the nicest way to do that. Still, Cress should like it! Bismarks were always the best ones, and since there was only one there, it was only right to share some with the person who made it. ]

It's good, huh? [ Smile smile. ]

[He's not in the mood to agree- I mean, look at that messy pout! But revenge should be just as sweet as donuts. A devious grin crosses his face.]

Yes. So good in fact, Cress thinks you should have another.

[He takes one more from the box and smashes it unceremoniously against Chili's mouth, prying his jaw open with his other hand so he could stuff it. Hope you like raspberry-filled...]

[ What are you implying, that Chili doesn't like any kind of donut? Because Chili loves all donuts. And he loves you too, Cress, even though you think you're doing him a great disservice. ]

Uwahe! Rashpberyyy~ [ He is trying so hard to be able to say that with a whole donut stuffed in his mouth. Rude, Cress. Still, H-HE'LL WORK WITH IT. And then he starts to laugh because he notices that Cress was mad at him ~~and chokes and dies again at the hands of his brother~~. Well, he kinda laughs. As best as he can with a donut shoved in his mouth. Have some powdered sugar sprayed on your face, Cress. ]

[Hmph! So he's enjoying it, is he... He'll just have to shove the whole thing in. Try laughing NOW.]

[ Chipmunk cheeks. ]

Heeh, now eyouuu'we jusht twying tshoo hahd! Cweshhhhhhh! Nnngmph! [ Chili feels challenged. He closes his eyes tightly and tries to chew the donut, which isn't too difficult for him to do. Surprisingly. But then he decides it's payback time.

He grabs another donut - this time, the one with the pink frosting. He tries to pry open Cress's mouth and he is going to fight until he can force his mouth open, ready to shove the whole donut in by pressing it against his lips. Chili will not go down without a fight! ]

[He tries avoiding it but OH NO. He just winds up getting pink frosting smeared all over his cheek. Some battles just don't get fought without wounds to show for it.

Fine, fine. He sinks his teeth into it challengingly. Now stop pushing it into his face!]

[ What a good Valentine's Day.

After shoving a good portion of it into Cress's mouth, Chili comes to a grim realization. Hey, that's my donut! So he bends forward and grabs the rest of the donut in his teeth and pulls it away from Cress, because he's not about to let Cress take his donut! Sure, he wanted to win, but donuts are too good to pass up like this. ]

[And Cress does not give a shit. Perhaps the battle is over now as he chews away at the donut he was forced to eat.]

You don't happen to have a napkin lying around, do you?

Nope. That was your job. [ Chew chew. ]

[ Ouch. How could he forget such a necessary detail?!? ]

Not like you would use them had I provided them or anything.

Yeah-huh, I so would have! Especially like this. [ Chili points to his face, which also has frosting on it. ]

Guess I'll just have to make due without! [ So he tries to wipe up some of the donut off his face with his thumb and shoves his thumb into his mouth. Being So Clean about this, yes. Or... no. This is your brother, Cress. Your Brother. ]

[Cress pivots away and turns up his nose as he leaves to go clean up.]

You'll wash your hands eventually. There's only so much even you're willing to touch with such sticky hands.

[He closes the door behind him. Then, with paranoia flickering in his eyes, surveys the halls for potential witnesses before making a mad dash for the nearest sink. No one must see him like this!!! Bye, Cress!]

[ ...Okay. Buy Cress. Chili waves at his back, licking his lips before turning his attention back to the donuts. His sweet, beloved donuts... They will never do him wrong. ♥ ]
