Phoenix got beaten by a girl
Who: Phoenix Wright, GLaDOS, and Vivian for the first part, OPEN for the second part
What: Phoenix gets beaten up :[ - then he's in the nurse's office or something for the next day
When: December Fourteenth through the fifteenth
Where: The stadium (with the safetys off), then the nurse's office! You can visit him there.
Warnings: Violence :[
Phoenix had an overwhelming sense of justice. He cared greatly for innocent people, and if their safety was compromised, then he had to take action. He couldn't just sit when a criminal was running around out and about endangering the lives of others.
Perhaps Vivian wasn't truly at fault here; she was just a child, or as GLaDOS said, just an AI who had only been alive for a few weeks at the most. But it was GLaDOS he despised; she was a sociopath, entrapping the school for her own personal pleasure. And then she unleashed this humanoid weapon on the school who would shoot people simply for not having a hall pass! Of course, Phoenix had to tell her what she was doing wrong, but then GLaDOS responded with threats of violence.
And since that time, Phoenix had been extremely cautious, watching his back at every turn for that human turret or for the computer instructor. He had unfortunately gotten stuck under the mistletoe with her once and promptly fled once they were forced to kiss. Maybe he was a bit of a coward, but he had to figure this situation out before being beaten to a pulp.
Walking through the hallways with caution, he tried to keep awareness of his surroundings, looking out for anyone with white or light-blue hair. Please don't kill Phoenix.

Part one - Closed to Vivian and GLaDOS

No matter the confliction, no matter the morality - she owed her caretaker everything she had now. Little did she know that her dedication to GLaDOS's will was far beyond her programming, but for now, she processed it as such. It was her obligation; it was her duty.
Vivian needed to avoid making a scene, this much she knew. She theorized just how she could avoid chasing her target down by coming fully prepared to break his spirit before he even had a chance:
She came equipped with a rocket launcher. It was almost as big as she was but she carried it as if it didn't burden her at all. The more disturbing part was that she knew how to balance it on her tiny shoulder and if it indicated anything, she had incredibly abnormal strength for a small child.
She would hide in the halls she knew inside and out for now, waiting for him to cross her path until she could approach him from behind. She wouldn't dream of shooting him, but she could sure look as if she would.

Unknowingly, Phoenix crossed Vivian's path. He heard the squeak of shoes however and nearly jumped. Turning around to make sure that it was just some innocent person, Phoenix was sorely disappointed. It was her. That hall monitor. With a giant frickin rocket launcher.
Phoenix actually gave a terrified yelp, immediately putting his arms up in a surrender pose. "Ah! I'm... Please don't hurt me!" was all he managed to sputter out.

"Target acquired: Phoenix Wright," Vivian stated, as if Nick wouldn't know it was him she came for. "Please come with me, Mr. Wright!" Her cold smile and excessive weaponry could pass her for a tour guide in a war zone.

"Er... What if... What if I refuse?" It was worth a shot, though he still kept his arms up. Maybe if she truly was an AI, that could be a logic bomb for her. Probably not. He was doomed either way.

"Okay," he muttered weakly. "I'll go with you..."
He really didn't want to die...

"Thank you! Come with me, please."

He said nothing, but he was visibly wincing as his hand lightly touched Vivian's. Make it quick, please...

As quick as a child's feet could guide an adult's, Vivian lead Phoenix to her leader, humming a little song with no real beginning or end and most certainly no sensical pattern. Unlike their set path, the tune went wherever she wanted it to go and on occasion, her finger tips would drum lightly against Nick's larger hand. She grew very silent when they came closer to GLaDOS, as if singing were forbidden in such a dark place.
Her job was done. She had brought the spiky-haired man to be dealt with and she knew GLaDOS would be content. That was all she wanted!
Let's just say for the sake of speeding things up that GLaDOS told her to go to the stadium.
Speaking of GLaDOS, the AI can be seen sitting on one of the bleachers. She's sitting on it with her arms folder and her legs crossed, a rather annoyed expression on her face. It changes into a smirk quite quickly once Phoenix and Vivian enter the stadium. While Phoenix wouldn't know this until it was too late, GLaDOS had tampered with the auto-heal function and shut it off for this particular fight. Certainly an arrogant move, but she was aware of her situation...not to mention what her opponent was (or rather, wasn't) capable of.
"Excellent. Not only did you bring him here, you did so without injuring him. Well done." A mere second passes before those golden eyes turn to look right at Phoenix. "So. Are you ready?"

"Please... Ms. Glados... You don't have to do this..." He stared at GLaDOS with wide eyes, terror overtaking his features. Maybe one last plea would let him off the hook. He had no idea about the auto heals, but it didn't matter because he was promised pain. Perhaps even death.
What was she going to do? Hack off his limbs and leave him completely crippled for life? Blind him? Paralyze him? He didn't even want to think about it. Perhaps if he sent his mind somewhere else, it would hurt less.
