Bounty Hunter sleepovers?!!?
Who: Samus, Falcon, Ghor, Rundas, Gandrayda (?!), WHOEVER ELSE HAS A BOUNTY HUNTER/MERCENARY TYPE DUDE please join us.
What: a log I don't expect to get finished but what the hell let's have some fun BOUNTY HUNTER SLEEPOVERS AND BOOZE
Where: The Firehouse aka Falcon and Samus's place of residence.
When: Saturday the 28th.
Warnings: B for Bounty Hunters
Yes, it was certain the school was undergoing one of those Weird Experiences again. It didn't take long for word to filter across the network that a strange portal had opened up in Kyle's old dorm, and similarly didn't take long for Samus to happenstance run into old friends on campus.
..."Friends" was a sort of loose term, but they were allies none-the-less; about as close as your average I-work-alone bounty hunter might get to calling someone a friend. It was probably a bad idea to invite them into her home, but her home was a sanctuary from the strange event occurring on campus. Ridley proved not everything coming out of that dorm was of the friendly sort. After the diabolical space dragon had been put back in his place, her place had a lot of alcohol and a hot tub on the roof; the choice seemed very clear.
Samus could really use a drink after all that, and somehow convinced not only herself, but also her "friends" to join her.
Not far from the school, buried deep within the forest that bordered it, and down a barely-worn dirt path was an abandoned firehouse, or more accurately, a formerly abandoned firehouse. This is the building that Samus claimed for herself nearly two years ago, refurbished and has been (secretly) living in ever since.
With Falcon.
And their adorable new dog.
"This is it." Samus announced, opening the door.
Hopefully he wouldn't mind the... guests.

Of course, Rundas didn't say it, but it's what he was thinking as he ducked into the doorway to enter the firehouse. He chose his words far more carefully. "Not quite what I was expecting," he said as he looked around.

"You never were one I would have imagined to settle down anywhere... But I expect that this is much more peaceful than the academy." All the portal madness was enough to prove that.

Wow, okay. Samus had...company.
The dog didn't seem too happy about the alien presence, coming to a screeching halt and growling at ALL THESE STRANGE NEW SMELLS. Falcon, at least, knew Ghor.
"You brought...friends."

The firehouse definitely appeared very primitive on the outside, with its rusty red bricks, and the occasional vine creeping up the wall. Inside, however, was filled with the appropriate amounts of futuristic technology that Falcon and Samus would favor. Her gunship not only somehow fit on the lower floor (seriously how did she fit it through those doors), but left room to spare; along with it was a large work bench and two advanced looking motorbikes, one black and one red.
The upper floors were clearly the living quarters, with bedrooms, a kitchen, and all the necessitates of life (like Falcon, and fire poles, and puppies). Refurbished was an understatement, though there might of still been one or two areas of the firehouse that were works-in-progress... out of sight and out of mind, for now.
Samus breezed past Falcon as he hung there mid-pole.
"This is Ghor and Rundas." She informed as she crouched down and tried to console the dog.

Oh man, what was that tiny yapping thing. That was one of Earth's... dogs. Samus settling down AND having a small animal that was not dead yet? What madness was this?!

"It's...not a problem." He hadn't really decided if it was going to be a problem. "I guess you came through the portal. Are we expecting Gandrayda, too?"

NOW IN THE RIGHT PLACE
He didn't actually have them. But the real Falcon probably wouldn't know it.
...Gandrayda sensors sounded like a brilliant idea for the future, though.

"Anyway, Samus said we could crash here while we figure out what's going on with the portal," he explained.
no subject
Regardless if he did or didn't that was a brilliant idea...
Samus cast Falcon a classic Samus lineface, which was then passed quickly onto Ghor. And Rundas.
"...Yes and I should hope I don't regret my decision."
Pause.
"There's food and drink upstairs."

Guess who was supposed to do the grocery shopping but was too busy playing with the dog.
This guy.

"What about it?"
no subject
Oh no. Now he was going to get it.
"We're running a little low. On groceries. I meant to go out today. But I...didn't."

But it was already TOO LATE, there were aliens in his house and they were going upstairs and they were all in his stuff. It did, however, occur to him that if he was going grocery shopping, he had no idea what to even spend his money on. Ghor was a robot, and Rundas didn't even have a mouth.
"What do you...eat?"
