Warnings: I wrote 'hijinks'. That should explain everything.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's what's goin down. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Anything and everything is possible. Break out the board games for a late night full of laughter, losing, cheating and bonding! Swipe the janitor's keys and gain access to all the impassable places your wildest dreams could only reach! Tiptoe quietly to the kitchen downstairs and make a midnight snack with all your friends! Drive all your neighbors to madness with your ceaseless My Little Ponyta marathons! Get in fisticuffs with your best worst lifelong rival on the rooftops at 4! It can all be yours if you make a thread. So have at it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

[With a little concentration, Doopliss the Volcano starts to erupt! Lava is starting to get everywhere! And because of that maybe some parts of the area around them are starting to burn, whoops.]

Wooooooo!

[That launches Flare into the air! She doesn't seem too bothered, however, and even finds it fun. That isn't to say her landing isn't rough, though. Ow. Sheesh.

Still, however, she laughs.]

What, you think that was going to hurt me? Lava can't even touch me that way!

Yeah, well, at least I got you off of me! That's fine in my book!

...unless you want me to hurt you, slick.

Pssssh. Bring it! I can take you on right here and right now!

[NOT IN THE SCHOOL FLARE YOU DUMMY.]

Okay, you asked for it!

[And so Doopliss turns back into his old self! For now, at least...]

So, didn't you say earlier that you don't like water? Well then.

[He then transforms into a Cheep Cheep! Not...the most intimidating enemy ever but hey, it was the first thing that popped up in his mind. He squirts a bit of water at Flare's direction, oh no!]

[Normally, a Cheep Cheep probably wouldn't be intimidating, but to Flare, it easily could be. She dodged the squirt of water and balled up some fire in her hand.]

Watch out, or you're gonna be fish filet!

[With that, she fired the hefty energy at Cheepliss!]

Agh!

[Doopliss managed to dodge the fireball, but only barely!]

Okay, try this on for size!

[Inhaling deeply, the disguised Doopliss then squirted out a larger fountain of water right at Flare!]

Ahhhh!

[That clocked a hit, soaking Flare in water. With that, she practically burst into flames to try to dry herself off.

That definitely hurt, though, and did some damage. With that, she snarled.]

Oooooh, NOW you're gonna pay!

[She conjured a ball of fire and used the remaining liquid on her body to form lava! ... How she did that with just fire and water, I dunno, but it's there! And probably with a few little rocks inside from the formation!

She hurled it all in Doopliss's direction!]

[Try as he might, Doopliss just can't dodge the big ball of lava! He gets hit dead on and flies a few feet in the air before plopping down.]

Ack! That's impressive...but WOW that hurt!

[Staying in this Cheep Cheep form wasn't going to be very useful if she was going to continue throwing lava balls at him! So, he transformed back into his old self and hovered up as high as he can.]

Bet you can't reach me from up here, slick!

You BET I can!

[One could swear that they heard Paper Mario battle music ~~except not~~ as Flare lit her feet aflame. She then went for a flying kick!]

[He sure was surprised that she was able to get up that high, and with setting her feet on fire no less! Thankfully for the sheet ghost, Doopliss was able to dodge the kick!]

Wow, I didn't know fire could even do that!

[He then charged towards Flare headfirst!]

It sure-- oof!

[The attack hit! Flare felt herself get knocked to the floor. Hard. That was pretty good, but she wasn't about to give up.

Take this, Doopliss: some balls of flame hurled in your direction!]

Yuk yuk yuk! Looks like all it takes a little distract - AGH!

[Doopliss was too busy gloating to notice that the fireballs had directly hit him! Now, not only was his sheet on fire again, but his hat was too!]

NO NO NO NO NO!

[Aaaand now he's starting to flail around in the air wildly again, bouncing this way and that in a panic, possibly getting close to hitting Flare as well!]

Woah- woah- WOAH! HEY!

[Flare covered herself in a ball of flame, as if trying to urge him to stay away from him.]

What did I tell you?! Stop running when you're set on fire!

[Right, she did say that before! Doopliss skids to a halt, though he's still in a panic.]

Okay, okay, I stopped! Put me out again, slick, and make it QUICK!!
