Where: Student and Teacher dorms, and quite possibly beyond. Whatever happens happens, bro!

Warnings: I wrote 'hijinks'. That should explain everything.

Ripped off the last one and all its friends: Basically, here's what's goin down. We all know our characters experience downtime after classes and their busy schedules, and this is a good venue for those kinds of miscellaneous dorm-shenanigans to take place. Not only does it give your characters the easy chance to meet new people in a laid-back environment but it's a good mechanism for strengthening CR. It's easy!

Feel free to begin in any way you please! Plan with (a) fellow player(s) if you'd like! Or, set up a thread and wait for characters to bite! Anything and everything is possible. Break out the board games for a late night full of laughter, losing, cheating and bonding! Swipe the janitor's keys and gain access to all the impassable places your wildest dreams could only reach! Tiptoe quietly to the kitchen downstairs and make a midnight snack with all your friends! Drive all your neighbors to madness with your ceaseless My Little Ponyta marathons! Get in fisticuffs with your best worst lifelong rival on the rooftops at 4! It can all be yours if you make a thread. So have at it! Don't let this log get away untagged.

Now was the moment when Daisy finally decided to wake up. She blinked her eyes open. There was Agitha. Standing over her bed.

Holding a big praying mantis.

Daisy bolted up and backed up to her headboard.

Just her luck. Agitha blinked when Daisy scooted as back as much as she did. Then she looked between the princess and the praying mantis she was holding. She set the latter atop her head and scrunched up her face at Daisy.

"Sorry. Don't worry. He won't do anything. He was trying to snuggle with you, though, and I thought you might not like it, so I was removing him so you could sleep..."

Oh. Well that was better than what Daisy thought might have been happening. Namely that Agitha was siccing her insects on her in her sleep. She sighed and relaxed. "Sorry," she replied. "Just not the way I'm used to waking up," she explained, rubbing the sleep out of her eyes.

"No, no. It would have ended up a lot worse if you'd woken up before." Agitha laughed uncertainly and she inched away from Daisy's bed. "Did you know you sleep really heavily? I thought I was going to wake you up by being so loud."

"You mean he was gonna--" Daisy stopped herself. "I guess I'm grateful then, thanks." That was an interesting thought. Boy was she going to have trouble sleeping for the next few nights. "You, uh, might want to make sure your bugs stay away when I sleep," she suggested. "Don't want any misunderstandings to happen."

"Usually they're good and well-behaved." Agitha moved to sit at the foot of her bed and she shook her head slowly. "They've caused all kinds of issues lately. I mean, one of them crawled up the leg of a friend of mine. And another crawled into Professor Falcon's couch..."

Then she tipped her head this way and that, "That's part of the reason they're getting their own little bug home. That might make them a bit happier. And maybe they'll calm down and stop trying to cause trouble."

"A bug home?" she asked curiously.

"Yes!" Agitha nodded excitedly. "I talked about it a while back ago. I've decided I want to make them a house like Miss Erika's greenhouses. I think that'll make them happier."

Then she raised her eyebrows, "Don't you?"

Daisy nodded. "I don't see why it wouldn't," she agreed. "Where you going to build it?"

That was a good question, actually. Agitha wiggled her ears in thought before she responded. "Uhm. Well, I was thinking in the same area as the greenhouse, but not right next to it. Can't risk the buggums escaping and trying to nibble on the leaves and flowers."

Not that she thought they would, but one could never be too safe.

"Well, that sounds like a good idea," she said. "Give them a nice warm place without the fear of them eating someone's gardening project."

Agitha nodded enthusiastically. "Yes! And you won't need to worry about them either. I don't mind sleeping with them because they're like my family, but I'm sure it's very, very strange for you!"

She just hoped Daisy didn't despise them or anything like that. Because her bugs hadn't intended to cause any trouble. They were just being... bugs.

"A little," she said. "I don't think most people are used to having things crawling on them while they sleep," she said.

"Well, unless they have a dog or something."

"But dogs and bugs are two entirely different things. All the same, I think it'll be easier to get things done - for us both - if I have that house and home made for them. And I think they'll be happier, too."

She scratched at her cheek idly with a smile.

"Well, good luck. Let me know if I can do anything, okay?" She yawned.

Agitha nodded, "Of course, Princess!" Then she gestured back to her companion, "Are you going to go back to sleep? You still seem tired. If so, I think I'll take my bugs out for some sun and let you rest."

She nodded. "Yeah, I'm still exhausted," she replied, lying back down. "Thanks, Agitha. You guys have fun..." She was asleep moments later.
