We must band together to defeat her!
Who: Primal Dialga and YOU!
What: Dana uses that horrid move and YOU have to fight her to stop it
Where: Within the City
When: Saturday Jan 15, Dusk
Warnings: Ffffighting drama, action etc.
Slowly but surely her mind had been sinking, crumbling... taken out of the norm of her reality that she had known. Slowly removing her own sense of what is right and replacing it with what she believed was right. Primal instinct taking her over every moment that she was in this beastly form that had been taking her over. Her random snaps, her unusually high temper, all signs of her change. Even trying to barter with her was useless, she was already too deep to try to reason with words of reason. Losing all senses. Everything was slowly fading from her reality. They had broken from the boundaries and slipped past her fingers. It was bothering her in the worst sense possible. It had broken her, she tried to control what she knew would have happened if she hadn't tried to restrain herself.
Until she snapped. The Dialga angrily stormed from the school and sought out the highest point she could humanly go. She reached the top of the building of choice and gripped onto the edge, staring down the school. Dana snorted loudly, her judgment truly clouded at this point. Strapped within a veil, she knew that she could not take it. She had to do it. The move that would never usually use without the best intentions. She took a few steps back off the edge and transformed back into her bestial form. The concrete below her cracked slightly, but it was able to secure her heavy weight with ease. She craned her neck back slightly, mouth open wide as she began to charge up a shot. Her back fins began to glow and extended with power, her red diamond flickered and glowed brightly.
The Dialga waited until the attack was fully charged and pointed her neck and head up to the sky. The attack was unleashed, letting off a sinister roar in the process. The Roar began to disrupt the area around her. She knew that everything around her and within the circumference of the attack was already under the influence of the lack and the slowing of time itself. Birds that had been trapped were flying much slower than normal, the citizens did not notice her, but just steadily walked on at an achingly slow pace at points. The angry pokemon let off another roar, minus the extension of another attack. She glanced out to the school, or... what happened to be engulfed and hissed. She had hoped that the would have been able to engulf more of it. The front office had been her only target of the school. Everything else was free from her grip upon time. She was still very much angry, but she had to reserve what energy she had after the Roar. With a quick transformation, she sat back down on the edge of the building where she had been and watched what she had created. She was ready for whatever they had in store for her.
[Couple of notes:
1) I'm going to be setting this up as it goes. Feel free to ask to make a thread if needed, but please keep to what I have? :va
2) RoT's effects will be in effect until Dana is fainted. Whoops.
3) The first two threads are up, third will be there when everyone makes it to the top.
When they do face off against Dana; I will make the thread and the separate parties will attack her. :V
^ And that is up now! \o/
.... which then I'll do a conclusion thread woohoo
On another note for those who need the quick explanation of said Roar! The attack is encasing a circumference equal to that of a portion of the city and just enough to hit the front office of the school. Everywhere else is under the influence of the attack, which means that they are operating at full speed. When you enter and become under the influence of the roar, time is very skewed. The character will hit spots of time slowing down, which is her trying to fix the fact that people who should not be in this current time period should be taken back. Either way it doesn't work to put them back in time. It's just screwing up junk..]

Reactions and Teaming up
Re: Reactions and Teaming up
It took a little longer than he thought it would. Or maybe he was right on time and it was just... time. What. The birds were... what.
If he had any idea there were time masters around, the culprit might have been easier to pinpoint but... For now he was just going to gawk at those birds near the front office.

This was what he was created to do. Dialga must be controlled.
Without a moment's hesitation, he sped towards the creature waiting on the rooftop.

On her way, she sensed and sought out her brother.
"UXIE!! What's going on with DANA??"

Re: Reactions and Teaming up
Goose knew that she was family with his best friend, yes, but he had to do something anyway. This may or may not upset Vashta, but he felt it was for her own good. What if Dana attacked her next? No matter what Dana said, he couldn't trust that she wouldn't.
He got his gyrocopter and suited up. Missiles were loaded.
He took off.
He meant serious fucking business.
Re: Reactions and Teaming up
Dana...
He took off towards the disturbance. Something was wrong, and he had to help fix it.
Re: Reactions and Teaming up
Then he heard what sounded like the faraway cry of an animal. No sooner had his ears picked up the sound, he noticed something off.
The birds. Several feet away the flock hung in midair motionless. Well, not quite motionless. They were indeed moving but at an incredibly sluggish pace.
Something was obviously very wrong here. After a moment of hesitation, Parakarry spread his wings out and began to fly.
Re: Reactions and Teaming up
Vinnie stared at them from his snoozing spot on the roof, waiting for the trick of the mind to pass. But it didn't. The cogs in his brain eventually hinted at the Venusaur that, hey, maybe it would be a good idea to get up. Which he did - or he tried to, anyway. Despite his urgings, Vinnie's body felt as though it too was moving in slow-mo, incapable of going beyond a sluggish crawl even as his brain screamed at him to walk faster, run, dammit!
It was like time was... wait. Did this have something to do with Dana? Vinnie (very slowly) swiveled his head to find the source of this anomaly, searching for a giant, steel dinosaur in blue. And there she was, in plain sight on a rooftop.
He needed to have words with that girl about whatever the hell was going on. But he wasn't so dumb as to meet her in his still weakened state without at least bringing a weapon of his own. Vinnie, as quickly as he was possibly able, darted sluggishly back to his dorm to get his oar.

kyle hyde was one day an officeIt was a day like any other until there was a giant dinosaur on top of a building. He thought he was finally used to everything this place could pull and then dinosaurs happened.
He stared at it from inside the office.
He stared at the birds moving about 3 inches a minute.
He stared at his watch.
He then went outside to look for who he believed was responsible. "Apple Kid!" Everything was always Apple Kid's fault. "What did you do?"
no subject
"Oh hello, Mr. Kyle," said Apple Kid, a person in whom no fault for anything terrible could ever be assigned, "I didn't do anything."
He hadn't.

Re: Reactions and Teaming up
He had known Dialga was there, but as it was no longer part of his plan--with Arceus present, he wouldn't need the others--he had let it slip his notice. Another mistake.
But this...something was wrong. That wasn't the cry of a god, even a wicked one. It was the cry of a demon.
He burst out of the apartment building through the second story window, flying via Honchkrow to the source of the noise. He couldn't let those elements rage out of control, not when he was so close to his goal.
Re: Reactions and Teaming up
Giratina transformed into his alternate form and headed off and in search for Dana.
Into the City; Seeing the beast's destruction
Dawg is great at seeing typos. It may take a little bit more time than needed to actually get up.]Re: Into the City; Seeing the beast's destruction
Another minute later, he felt himself going faster, and then suddenly came to a very slow chug again. The shifting of speed was unnatural for his gyrocopter, and try as he might, speeding up was difficult. It was as if an outer force was tampering with his gyrocopter. His gyrocopter's stats as viewed by the control panel listed not a single issue internally.
It was all an external issue: the roar engulfing the area.
No. He had to get to the top. There was no way he was going to falter yet.
Re: Into the City; Seeing the beast's destruction
To the top; Vs. Primal Dialga
When one would make it to the top of the building, Dana was very much waiting for them. She flickered her tail idly, looking out to what she had controlled. Turning around to face her offenders, Dana just growled and hissed at them. This was not the pokemon form that had unleashed the roar, and she would not resort to that unless she truly needed it. Cocky in a sense, she knew that she could beat whoever it was in this form that she had taken on at the moment. Let the test of her strength vs. theirs begin!
Re: To the top; Vs. Primal Dialga
His voice wasn't of a requesting tone. It was of a demanding tone. He felt like he was fighting Meca Hawk all over again.
"STAND BACK ON YOUR FREAKING ATTACK OR YOU WILL REGRET IT."
The megaphone-like properties of this particular communicator made his voice much louder than it really was. Good. He thought it might get his point across.
Dana only had one warning. If she refused to adhere, he would attack mercilessly.
Re: To the top; Vs. Primal Dialga
She turned slowly, still laughing heavily at him. When her laughter died down, she sneered at him. "PLEASE... THE ATTACK... THAT I HAVE USED IS NOTHING!"
Plus... She was one who wanted a "fair fight" to happen. "IF YOU WISH... GRR... TO FIGHT ME, YOU DO IT MAN TO MAN. YOU PROVE HOW WEAK YOU ARE... IF YOU DEPEND ON... SUCH WEAPONS!!!" Dana hissed at him, ending with a loud, horrible roar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DC-f45E51RI&t=1m23s).

He stared her down for a second, catching his breath from the trek up the stupid staircase. Unlike some more fortunate people, he couldn't fly or pilot any sweet vehicles. And he knew, Type-wise, he was at a severe disadvantage from the get-go, even without the crippling of his leaves. This wasn't a fight he had any delusion of winning, if it went that way.
Vinnie had by no means forgiven her, but he had to know. "What the hell is this, Dana."
Re: To the top; Vs. Primal Dialga
Dana stopped with a few feet between them ad snarled. "THIS...? THIS IS FIXING... WHAT HAS BEEN BROKEN...! STAY OUT OF MY WAY... OR THIS WILL BE YOUR LAST FIGHT...!" she told him, letting off a raspy roar (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DC-f45E51RI&t=1m23s) following her loud as hell response.

Cyrus didn't announce himself, although he knew that Dialga knew he was there. He simply gestured for Honchkrow, still flying him closer, to use Embargo.

Dialga.
His voice was flat, maybe even a little deeper than usual. He was already accumulating a faint electric blue mist around him, storing a Psychic blast for the inevitable attack.
Re: To the top; Vs. Primal Dialga
Giratina Vs. Primal Dialga
His shadow-y wings folded inwards and split apart, taking the form of six dark tentacles, each tipped with a red spike. As this happened, Giratina began to walk towards Dana, forming a blue sphere of energy in the palm of his hand. He raised his hand to throw the Aura Sphere at Dana.
He was ready to fight Dana if he had to.

Re: Giratina Vs. Primal Dialga
Suddenly, lake spirit
Call for Mesprit, breathed his instincts, Azelf must be here. But he held back. He'd given his word that he would try to protect Mesprit. Surely she would also sense what was going on, and find her way to Dialga sooner or later, but he woudn't hasten that if it could be helped. Azelf... he couldn't call for Azelf, either. The fact that Azelf was far away was their one insurance against Cyrus; even in these desperate circumstances, Uxie was reluctant to allow the chance for Team Galactic to track the final lake spirit.
So he stood alone. One lake spirit couldn't fully control Dialga, and Uxie certainly wasn't one for fighting; though prepared to defend himself, he lacked the strength of Mesprit or Azelf. Even so... he could try. So he hovered before Dana, exerting the limits of his control on her -- anything to make her waver, to slow her down.
Dialga... stop.
Re: Suddenly, lake spirit
Her eyes thinned as she stepped back. Dana wanted to keep her distance between herself and the lake spirit. His influence to try to quell her anger was not enough, but it was enough to keep her from straight up attacking him.
Her tail lashed against the concrete, cracking it slightly. "IT IS... FUTILE TO TRY TO STOP ME... ESPECIALLY... LACKING THE OTHERS... YOU KNOW THIS!"
