Who: Knuckles and assorted friends take a short vacation. (Even if you didn't reply to his initial entry about it, feel free to come along.)
What: Hanging out on Angel Island for the weekend.
Where: Angel Island. Yep. Bet you didn't see that one coming.
When: Late afternoon on Friday through to Sunday morning. (Backdate land aaa sorry I had work.)
Warnings: WHO KNOWS!?

It had been something more of an open invitation this time, so, the group was a little different than his last trip to Angel Island with friends. Actually, most of the people who went the first time were no longer at school. Big, Bark, Katrina, Fawful, Blaze, Marine, Siren. It was a little sad to think of the fun time they had had a little over a year ago, being they were all gone now. Still - This weekend would make up a brand new crop of memories.

It wasn't too long of a trip once you got out of the harbor. He'd made sure to set her down close by the shoreline when he'd parked his small continent in the sea.

The ferry he'd rented pulled up at the beach and the dock he and Bark had quickly constructed out of logs and rope last year in anticipation of the first group trip. Some people were probably going to bring thier own transport over and that was fine. It wasn't exactly a hard place to find, after all.

((OOC: So people seemed pretty happy with the idea of doing some sprite pictures like the last one. If your character already has some sprite sheets, feel free to use those. If not, I've made a couple for a couple people and I'll try doing more. XD Otherwise, if you want to do regular pictures or photoshops or what have you, those are more than fine too. Or, if you don't want to do anything, that's cool too! It's not like it's mandatory bra. XD Just have fun. Use other characters sprites in your stuff, but try keep everything IC.

So, P. much I'll post up some locations and you guys can start threads for your dudes wherever you like and other people can join in. If you have never played Sonic 3 and Knuckles, you could check out this video here. It's a little over a half hour long but it has the entire game. XD If anyone wants to see any other environemnts from the games here, let me know and I'll make them! ))

"And I can't wait to see you in your bathing suit." Knuckles remarked quietly enough for her ears only. "But yeah! It's a nice beach now that it has water. And there's a lot more for me to show you, too."

It felt sort of surreal to be able to show his girl around his old home. He hardly knew where to take her first, though, he had a few spots of interest in mind simply because she was so interested in archaeology. It was exciting too that she WANTED to see where he grew up. It wasn't like he had parents to introduce her to... the elements on this Island had shaped him just as surely as a Mothers words or a Fathers guiding hand.

She giggled. Quietly, he said back, "I can't wait either." A little louder, she said, "I want to see everything! You've said so much about it, and I'm really excited!"

"I wanna show you everything... where I used to sleep most nights, where I used to train. I guess there's almost a story I could tell you about every inch of the island, though, I'll spare you that much." he shot her a wink. "So, you wanna swim first? I could go for that!"

"You bet I would!" Goombella announced. And so she started to take off her shirt and shorts.

Yes, she was wearing a bikini under her clothes.

Knuckles was ALWAYS wearing his bathing suit. Except in human form, of course. ~~Because his mun hasn't adequately sprited him as a human yet aaa~~

Goombella giggled and ran for the water, splashing in far enough that she could start swimming around, enjoying the sun on her back and the cool, clean water. "The water's fine!" she called out happily.

"And so are you." Knuckles said, running in after her. This was shaping up to be the best weekend ever!!

And they had a very sexy swim.
