Kirby had the things ready. He got a few very large watermelons that made his mouth water just by looking at it, he had borrowed a bat from Ness ahead of time, a cloth for blindfolding, and he was actually was able to find out how to get to the beach. The beach actually wasn't that far away! He made sure to leave the directions to get to the beach for the others before he left the school grounds.

The pink ball set the large bag into the sand and stretched a little while he waited for the others to come. The clear sky was perfect for a day at the beach!

"Nope! I do this!" Time for a demonstration - Tails spun his tails and lifted into the air, hovering higher and higher... and then touching back down on the ground a few seconds later.

"I spin my tails," came Tails' response.

Lash just watched him hover in the air without a word and a tiny bit envious. First Pit with wings and now mutant foxes who could use their tails to fly.

"Oh," she said with deadpan emotion. "...and what was your name again?"

"Tails!" He said with optimism, completely missing the envious look on Lash's face. "What's yours?"
