Leon is lecturing about Redeads and everything about Redeads. Unfortunately, while you are assigned to DISSECT Redeads, none are actually present in the building and everyone is presented with a completely random object that Leon gave out thinking they were Redeads. Could be garbage, could be another preserved dead animal, could be a rare item or just a sandbag.

Part of the lecture is how they moan or scream, but Leon is trying to brush off the screams of dying people he's been occasionally hearing since his pre-class snack just earlier.
