What: Blaze allows visitors to see her dimension, and her world's version of Soleanna

This wasn't the first time she tried to bring people with her to her home dimension, but last time it happened, things were... not so pleasant. They had arrived in the middle of an attack by Dr. Eggman Nega's forces, and thankfully were able to repel him. This time, however, things were different. All was peaceful and calm. She had talked with Jon some time ago about letting people visit, and now seemed as good a time as any. The shadow bugs were hardly a problem now, and the opportunity was there.

And so with a stable portal in place thanks to the Sol Emeralds, Blaze was allowing people to visit her home dimension, and its capitol city of Soleanna.



Visitors were free to explore to their heart's content, so long as they didin't interfere with the regular goings-on around town. And any trouble would be dealt with personally by Blaze. She had her eye on everyone, although not at all times, and certainly more focused on the known troublemakers who happened to visit...

((Feel free to start your own threads! Soleanna in Blaze's dimension is very much like a Venetian town, with all the shops and amenities you'd expect. Most of the population are koalas. Have fun!))

"That is a sentiment I know all too well," she admitted with a smile.

She didn't need to say she agreed. Because that was obvious. Eirika gave another look around, still found at least a part of herself wandering through nostalgia and older, simpler days, and drew in a rather deep sigh.

"Thank you for showing me and telling me about yourself, and your family." Because she was personally so closed off, Eirika had a lot of admiration for people who weren't.

She nodded in appreciation. "Thank you for listening... It feels good to talk about these things with someone. And I look forward to learning more about you and your home when we get you back there."

She politely smiled in reply, feeling both a sense of closeness to Blaze and some odd kind of flattery that Blaze would care to confide in her the way she had. As if they were truly friends and truly allies and in a world where many things could be stripped away and easily, something solidified held a great deal of weight and importance.

"I'll find the time to tell you a bit of it. Even if we don't manage to find me a way back." Not that she had lost hope, but that Connor once had made a brilliant point that sometimes there were things she needed to accomplish first before time would move forward. The lack of a voluntary return to Renais implied that she still had things to do at the academy.

At least it was a comforting notion. More than simply being tied down with no other alternative, anyroad.

"I look forward to it," Blaze replied. "I suppose we should head back to town," she suggested. "Thank you for your company."

Blaze's support rank leveled up

"If you want to stay around a bit longer, you can," Eirika reassured her. "I can find my way back."

After a moment's consideration, she gave Blaze a soft look. "Thank you for having me, Blaze. Let's come back again."

It'd be a shame to let everything here go without attention.

Blaze nodded. "Yes. Let's." She took a look out over the valley, a place she felt like she actively avoided. She had dealt with the loss of her parents by pushing it away, hiding herself from anything that reminded her of them... She knew that was wrong, but with the level of control that was expected of her at all times, it felt like she had little choice.

"Perhaps... Perhaps I will stay a little longer," she said quietly.

Eirika almost reached over to rub Blaze's shoulder, but considering she wasn't that accustomed to doing any such thing, she somehow refrained. Instead, she dipped her head politely.

"That wouldn't be a poor idea. Try not to think too much," she reassured her fellow princess. "If you need anything, just say the word and I'll do all that I can. Until then, I pray you will be well."

Blaze nodded. "Thank you, Eirika. For everything," she said as she stood to look over the valley. It would take her time to come to grips with her feelings about this place, but... It felt like, perhaps, it was within reach.

"It was nothing."

And that was true. There was nothing Eirika thought she needed to be thanked for, and with that in mind, she dipped her head politely. Beyond that, she left Blaze to her thoughts, for surely the feline princess had a plethora of them.
