[Open] A Visit to a City on the Sea

Who: Blaze, Visitors
What: Blaze allows visitors to see her dimension, and her world's version of Soleanna
Where: The Sol Dimension, Capitol City of Soleanna
When: October 24-28

This wasn't the first time she tried to bring people with her to her home dimension, but last time it happened, things were... not so pleasant. They had arrived in the middle of an attack by Dr. Eggman Nega's forces, and thankfully were able to repel him. This time, however, things were different. All was peaceful and calm. She had talked with Jon some time ago about letting people visit, and now seemed as good a time as any. The shadow bugs were hardly a problem now, and the opportunity was there.

And so with a stable portal in place thanks to the Sol Emeralds, Blaze was allowing people to visit her home dimension, and its capitol city of Soleanna.



Visitors were free to explore to their heart's content, so long as they didin't interfere with the regular goings-on around town. And any trouble would be dealt with personally by Blaze. She had her eye on everyone, although not at all times, and certainly more focused on the known troublemakers who happened to visit...

((Feel free to start your own threads! Soleanna in Blaze's dimension is very much like a Venetian town, with all the shops and amenities you'd expect. Most of the population are koalas. Have fun!))

"I suppose so, if I had come to a place I didn't understand," she agreed. "You're in Soleanna, the capitol city of my kingdom. I am Blaze, the ruler here," she began to explain. "My family has ruled for generations. The architecture of this dimension is varied, as is its history. The residents here are the natives. And the Sol Emeralds are the gems that support this world, and act as the doorway between this world and Final Destination City."

His head was going to explode. He couldn't even conjure enough brain juice to get to jotting things down in his little notebook. Once Randall has collected all her information into his own thoughts, he immediately smiled.

"I've never heard of such a thing. After what I've seen, however, I'd be wrong to even cast doubt." Randall was many things, but closed-minded was not one of them. "Miss Blaze, are the Sol Emeralds something you can see?" He loved concrete evidence, after all, but he had constant run-ins with the abstract when it came to how the world began or even exists as it stands.

"They are," she told him. "I'll even show you to them, so long as you don't touch them," she offered.

"But - Ah, really?" Wow, he was ready to start begging and he even prepared an entire speech in the back of his mind about the importance of studying such an important element in her world but, well - "That was easier than I thought," he confessed. Clearing his throat, he clapped his hands together. "I would be honored!"

"Well, you know - !" Ah, crap. He only then realized how that came out. How could he explain this without making himself sound like a thief? "It's not often something so valuable - " CRAP. WAIT. "Er, important as you claim it to be to just be something anyone can just visit like a museum." Not that anything was wrong with museums, obviously, but if it was as she explained, it was unlikely it was in a museum.

You weren't helping your case, Randall. Not at all.

"The Sol Emeralds are my charge. I am their guardian. And as long as I feel they're safe, I can show them to whoever I like. Unless that person seems suspicious."

OH GOD HOW CAN HE FIX THIS.

Okay, hang on. He cleared his throat. Let's try this again. Calm smile. Look good, Randall. Those emeralds would be a rare study!

"You're a guardian of this world's very essence as well?" He put on his impressed face, which was not a lie. He truly was impressed that one being stood in absolute rule and protection of this place.

"Miss Blaze, do you rule your entire world? You must have your hands full."

"Yes, I do," she answered. "I'm this world's ruler and protector. It's my responsibility."

Her stern expression did not abate. But there was less hostility... He was seeming more and more harmless the more he stammered.
