Much like Hajime, Kiyotaka is also really out of it at the tail end of July and trying to adjust to waking up and finding that it is a few weeks later than he thought it would be. He's also trying to adjust to the feeling of crushing heartbreak he just can't shake, and fuzzy recollections of a long drawn-out nightmare about the end of the world or something. He doesn't know, he's trying not to look too deeply into it. More importantly, he needs to make up for lost time and be productive!

There's not much he can actively do about something like this but he can sure as hell continue to look out the window and worry about what it all means, because... dang. He'll be spending a good chunk of time in the library for this.
Much later than that, and the boy seems to have skipped town. Dang.
