It most certainly was not. Well, as long as he was out of bed, he could give a stern talking-to to anybody else who was wandering around too. He had a reason to be, they didn't, it was that simple.

"You should be in bed!" He launched into his lecture immediately, not recognizing the woman he'd shared a class with (and would quite possibly have to share a future with) in the dark. "At the very least, you should be staying in your room after ten o'clock!"

If he said anything else, it was drowned out by the next round of explosions.
