Pit shook his head, negating his question. "Nope! Not at all. If I push them close to my body, they let me slide through the water more easily, though." Saying that, he leaped straight out of the water with a beat of his wings, flapped them again a few times to carry himself just a little higher, then performed a nosedive, throwing his arms out straight in front of him and tucking his wings in sharp angles close to his body like a tern diving for fish. He slipped through the water like a glove and skimmed the bottom before resurfacing on the more shallow end of the pool.
