It was like fumbling a ball in his hands until he carefully put Shadow back down on the ground. He stood upright and towered over him as much as a 3'3" hedgehog could tower over anything. Sonic wasn't about to wipe any smirks off his muzzle so he offered it down to Shadow, hands on his knees to get closer.

"Guess it's about time to ask what the heck happened to ya." He paused for a glistening grin. "Minus the charades."
