Warnings: This is gonna get messy.
[Upon entering the auditorium, students and onlookers will notice that several dressing room mirrors have been set up on the stage, and what appear to be toolboxes (?) are sitting on the dressers. Flurrie invites everyone on stage with her and she gestures towards the odd set-up.]
Good afternoon, everyone~! Today we are going to have a bit of a change of pace. We've talked a lot about acting and how to have stage presence, but as you know, there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make a successful production! Not only do you have to perform your very best, but you have to LOOK your very best! And that, dear students, is the job of the make-up artists! Yes, artists are truly what they are, for they are painting a masterpiece upon your face! I thought that in order to give you all an appreciation for this art form, and since the season of Halloween is upon us, we would do our own stage make-up today! And not just any make-up: MONSTER make-up! As you can see, I've provided lots of spooky colors to choose from in order to create your very own monstrous visage!
HOW TO MAKE UP
1. Let's start with a base color. If you want to be among the undead, it's important to make yourself look deathly pale. I recommend using a gray or white color to cover up your signs of life! The white make-up wedges are perfect for spreading it on.
2. Listen carefully because this is important: Between every layer of make-up you must apply a seal! This will keep your make-up from smearing. That yellow powder I provided you with is the sealant. Just brush a bit of it on before you add to your frightening visage!
3. Now that you have a deathly palor it's time to add details! Adding some darker colors under your eyes and on your cheekbones will give you the illusion of your face beginning to rot or that you are far, far older than you appear to be. How dreadful!
4. If you'd like to give yourself warts, a scar, or some kind of terrible injury, I've provided a bit of liquid latex just for that! A few dabs on your skin to create the shape you desire, and then all you need to do is color it with make-up!
5. What kind of vampire, zombie, or other monster isn't splattered with blood? Real blood is out of the question, but fortunately it's very easy to make your own fake blood. A bit of water, corn syrup and red food coloring and you will have gallons of the stuff in no time.
The most important thing to remember about stage make-up is that your face is a canvas and make-up is the paint with which you create! It's all about illusion, my dear students. Don't worry about getting it picture perfect, especially on the first try! From a distance, and especially in the dark of night, the right make-up can make you look like someone, or something, entirely different!
Now, I want you all to try to make the spookiest face you can using the tools I've provided!

[She stands herself in front of a mirror and assumes the EXTREME MAKE-UPPING pose by hunching forward so she's all up in that mirror's grill, but as soon as she opens the toolbox she just sort of stares ominously at everything inside. WHAT IS ALL THIS JUNK...?]

[ N just so happens to take the mirror next to her, eyeing his makeup kit with a considerable amount of confusion. He wants to be a spooky and stunning ghost Pokemon, or perhaps a dark-type, yet he is having trouble deciding! So what does he do? He questions a girl that seems to know her stuff, of course. ]
What would you say is the scariest Pokemon you have ever encountered? [ He just... hopes she's not one of those people who take appearances too seriously. Just because a Pokemon looks a bit creepy doesn't mean they're any less friendly or beautiful. ]

I dunno. Uh... One time I ran into this Cofagrigus in the ruins up at that desert and it made, like, the worst face I ever seen. It was like... [She tries to contort her face into an evil glare,
so scary it reduces N's speed statbut she just looks silly.]BLEEEHHHHHH-- [She stops and scratches her chin, like she has realized that she's not lookin' very spooky.] OK, well, it scared the Poke Balls outta me when it snuck up on me...

That is plausible! I could attempt that. It has very complex markings and is very... red. Do you know that colorful creatures come off as more terrifying to predators? It is fitting.

Thankfully, N is... much like a five-year-old in certain aspects, so this face decor doesn't bother him. In fact, he thinks it is very spooky! Perhaps even 2spooky. ]
That is quite good. Perhaps you could add a little red to contrast the black and white. I think it would make you look very striking.
