What: Charlise finally wakes up from her coma in the Hospital

Charlise laughed as a group of friends splashed at her in the pool. She retaliated by sending a gust of wind that got them all drenched and they all burst into laughter enjoying a nice summer day in the Academy pool. Her full team was there, everyone having fun as a team and yet... something wasn't right.

Skarmory seemed to begin to fade away and Alex's laugh seemed to be drowned out by an overwhelming silence. Kitty looked around scared and tried asking Lash what was going on but her voice came out silent. No sound could be heard no matter how much she yelled. She quickly flew out of the pool and tried to make a grab for Lash who simply faded out and she looked around desperately. Clover gave her a thumbs up but even she started to disappear and soon after the colors and the scene did as well.

Charlise was left in a void lacking any warmth, sounds, or visuals. No matter how much she cried out, she couldn't even hear herself. This was what she deserved wasn't it? No, fuck that, this was what was taken from her... What gave it to her in the first place? Yes, those green pops that fucking furball gave her... She needed more.

Kitty snapped out of her trance as if she had been slapped and found herself in a hospital room with a bunch of crap stuck to her.

"The fuck..." she voiced out groggily before trying to stand up and quickly being gently pressed down by a nurse. "You shouldn't stand up, you're not well sweetheart." the nurse said as she looked towards the door where the doctor and a few others had come in.

"What? The fuck is this? Get off of me!" She needed to get to Warren so she could go back to that... world? Who the fuck cared what it was, she wanted back and no one was going to stop her.

Needless to say, after a lot of struggling Kitty found herself dozing off once again, only to wake up strapped down this time.

"Fuck me..." Well... they were bound to let her go soon enough right? Right....

Ever since she had woken up, Kitty wasn't able to sleep unless the staff tranquilized her. As such, seeing Blacky appear gave her a bittersweet feeling and made her look away. Was that shame? Maybe.

"Hey teach.... I, well... I don't really..." Just get it over with dude, she'll know when you're lying.

"They said I had too many pops... Which is total bullshit! They wouldn't put me to sleep and then they finally did and it was great!" And the fact that you might not have woken up if you hadn't gotten treated doesn't come into play at all... nope.

"You would have woken up eventually." At least, Blacky was pretty sure. Although... she couldn't see many downsides of sleeping forever. It wasn't like it would be a waste of precious time being alive or anything.

What if...

"...You would have woken up, and you would probably have needed even more. What would you do if you'd slept so long they were no longer available?"

Charlise blinked a few times before looking away. "I don't think Warren would let his little moneybag slip that easy." she retorted, but it was more wishful thinking. A world without those delights would be a nightmare...

At least at the moment anyways because goddamn was she craving them something fierce... Which was what got her bound in the first place.

"What if you slept so long all suppliers were dead, is more like what I was getting at." She crossed her arms, glaring out the barred window. Ugh... Hospitals... She hadn't been in one since she died, has she? But being back in the familiar environment only reminded her how weak and pathetic she'd been, once.

Who was she kidding. She was still weak and pathetic. But at least she couldn't get sick anymore.

"I can't blame you for wanting to just sleep forever. The closest thing to a final rest we'd get..."

"I'd rather not think along those lines Miss Blacky..." she replied in a low voice.

"It just, felt so fuckin' awesome you know? I dunno what the fuck Warren puts in those things, but man, they're just... They really give more than what you'd expect. And if I could sleep forever in those kinds of dreams... Well I... I dunno." she ended up replying a bit defeated.

Although, she did know. She knew that she wanted all of that back, but was it enough to never want to wake up?
