The first thing Char wanted to do was insist that no, this was not Bulba's fault. Bulba wasn't the one who'd thrown any punches, nor did he have any involvement in deciding what the Charizard did. The only thing Bulba had done was let his team know that someone was being a tit to him. All he'd done was trust Char.
