Because he'd been shot by one of those impudent arrows too, Pit practically forgot what he was doing with all these candy flowers- at least, for a moment. Therefore, he had a mite of trouble figuring out how to answer Doopliss's question because suddenly something else was of far more importance to him.

"Uhh." Was that a rapid switch of moods he was experiencing? He didn't feel quite so peeved anymore. It felt kind of like he was shaken from sleep without the accompanying grogginess and had awoken a whole new person with a whole new outlook. Or maybe he'd awoken inside of a hospital ward after a doctor injected some kind of warm serum in his heart because that's what he was feeling right now for... Doopliss? And then there was this REALLY STRANGE desire he'd never contemplated before in his life, but for some reason the thought of tiny little angel ghosts scrambling around was enrapturing. Just wonderful. Really who wouldn't agree? He didn't question it for long and just rode on that feeling.

"I think I was... oh, that's right. I was delivering these flowers." The way he said it was careless, like it wasn't important to him anymore. He had goggle-eyes on for the duplighost in front of him and whoa wait was... Doopliss taking off his bowtie? Somehow that got his heart thumping.
