Silver, you so gonna get grounded for this.

Who: Silver and Giovanni
What: ... Pretty much a car chase really.
Where: Road leading into the school.
When: Saturday, August 27th

To say that Silver was the best driver in the world would be a lie. While he did have his licence, it was only a learners. Technically, he could drive. Realistically... Well, the fact that the car he'd stolen this morning [his dad's] had dents and dings in it spoke volumes. there wasn't anything major, but it was notice enough along the back bumper where he'd run into the curb trying to park the thing.

He'd taken it as he could - used Gengar to steal the keys and then taken it for a joy ride around FDC - a day without classes, the morons, without knowing that his dad was in the same area... It felt good to just get away from the insanity that seemed to be the school.

Unfortunately, he still had to get the car home in one piece. Easier said than done and he knew he'd.... probably gotten lucky this morning. Thankfully the road was mostly clear, and Silver didn't really pay much attention to anyone else he saw on the road back to the school. He should be able to get back in unseen.

Right?

Thankfully for Silver, Giovanni hadn't gone down to take a drive in the country today, as he liked to on Saturday mornings when he had nothing planned. But he was starting to get in the mood now. Without his best friend to keep him company, he found himself getting antsy when he was in the apartment for long periods of time. But moreso, riding in the countryside was...rather soothing, really.
So he grabbed his gear and began walking towards the garage, but stopped to look in the mirror, and grinned. Ohhhh, Raikov would kill to see him like this... he'd have to send a picture in his next letter to show the Russian what he was missing.

...Was that his ca-Oh shit that was his car!

"Hey! Get back here!" He knew it wouldn't accomplish anything, but it was reflex nonetheless, and it was reflex that dictated what he did. Sprinting to his bike, he threw on his jacket and helmet, not bothering to zip up, and, bringing the bike to life from a cold start, took off after the boy. Have your father riding after you, Silver.

Oh there was no way in hell the kid was losing him. The car had a better top speed and initial take off from a cold start up, but maneuverability and acceleration over the long run was where the Night Rod reigned supreme.

The father had a plan as well. As much as he didn't want to hurt his car, he would have to probably burst the tires, or break a window, or otherwise disable it for the time being. Thankfully, his pokemon were on him, and Notte probably could get the job done...
